Author has written 8 stories for Harry Potter. Important: Please give this a read. First of all, I have a nagging doubt that the names of Lily's two friends in Stuck Together have been inspired from some other fanfiction I had read. I had been all new to the world of fanfiction; that story, whose name I cannot recall, unfortunately, was the first one I had ever read, I guess. And then I remember being all "Let's just try and put up a story of our own!" *shudder* So, if any author finds any resemblance to the names, I offer my deepest apologies. I didn't even remember that I'd picked up those names from somewhere else. It might not be the case, but even if it isn't, I'll make sure to change the names somewhat when I have the time. Once I have more time, I will make it my priority to change the names AND edit the first few chapters of the same story. As I have already mentioned, I was, frankly, an idiot at that time. I'd like to think I've improved from- *points at the earlier cringe-worthy chapters* -that. Secondly, as I have already mentioned, all the previous chapters will be thoroughly edited. If anything, it will at least make me feel better. But I'm not sure when I'll be able to do that. Hey Potterheads! I'm just another person obsessed with Harry Potter. My favorite pairings are: James and Lily(THE best, but you would have guessed that by now!) I enjoy reading murder-mystery and absolutely LOVE Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot stories. I also love the Percy Jackson and the Olympians and the Heroes of Olympus series! :D I ship Percy and Annabeth! Like, die-hard love for the two of them. I just can't believe how adorable they are. :') I might start writing about them as well, one of these days. I love Marauder-era fanfics and I'm totally against people who say Snape deserved Lily. James did too. And she chose him. I think that's all that matters. Snape might have loved her but hey, James did too. And Snape chose the Dark Arts. James chose Lily and she chose him. I don't agree with this whole "Always? Did you READ that? Awww. Look at James, he didn't love her at all! Snape was willing to sacrifice his life for her..." and blah and blah and blah that carries on from here. Not hating on Snape, definitely not. But people tend to forget that, despite being wandless and knowing there wasn't much he could do, James still fought, until the very end to protect his family and the Wizarding World. So he deserves more credit. And obviously, he and Lily were simply meant to be. :') I've, till now, written seven one-shots about James and Lily. I leave a review for every fiction that I read. Granted, I don't read many as I hardly find the time, what with all the continuous exams and the fact that I've got my own story to continue. But I make sure to drop by, time and again and whenever I do, I make sure to leave a review. It really makes the writer's day(speaking purely from first hand experience, of course :P), so I request you all to do the same. Not just on my stories, but on any that you read. Coming to my own, I'd love it if all of you who read it could leave a review as well. I hardly get time to write, and when I know that people ARE reading it; trust me, it's very encouraging. =) There's one thing I wanted to say, though. If I can spend days putting together chapters or stories for you people to read, then I'm sure taking two minutes to give a little feedback shouldn't be much trouble. Frankly, it's disheartening, for any author. And if you can't take out the time to tell the author what you felt about his/her piece, then there's no point in putting any story on alert or your favorite list, really. Just my thoughts. 3 Favorite TV programs: Pretty Little Liars! (It's about to start! *.*) 3 Favorite books: Anyway, enough of my rambling. I believe in keeping it short and sweet, so this is about all that you need to know about me. Cheers! |
