Author has written 6 stories for Kim Possible. I pilot the Pequod of the Internet. "Call me Email" snicker My stories are, at best, not exactly mainstream. I'm not what you'd call "prolific" per se...but when I get a solid story idea in my head, it sticks with a force that makes Super Glue envious. Some people say I'm too descriptive, but most like the detail. (hey - you gonna eat that?) Attractions: 1) Originality (I've developed a distaste for "Mary Sue/Marty Sams" and "I just happened to show up in the story."). 2) reiteration/reference to past points in the story. 3) A nice thick plot with a path. Pet Peeves: 1) Nothing...and I mean nothing...ruins a story faster for me than consistently poor spelling and grammar. It doesn't have to be Kurt Vonnegut - but on the other hand, all of us went through the sixth grade. Most of us evolved from there. 2) chapters that are one big ten mile long run on paragraph no spaces or breaks even when someone speaks it all just runs together it reads worse than trying to decipher the instructions to a new stereo in French - well...you get the idea. Go forth and be fruitful! |
