When I first discovered fanfiction and crossovers, it was like a revelation. I couldn't believe that there were other people like me who imagined stories about their favourite TV shows.

With regards to my stories, I tend to stick pretty close to the canon of the shows. Therefore, in some cases, there will be violence and possibly sexual situations. However, neither will be any worse than you'd see on the shows so I figure that most of the ratings will be T.

I kick it old school and write out my stories in long hand first. My number one rule is that I will only post completed stories (i.e. the story will be finished at least in draft before I start posting the first chapter). This means that once I start posting a story, I will likely update it regularly, but it may be a while before I start posting the next story.

My final confession: I'm a bit of a techno-troglodyte. My skills are pretty much limited to basic emailing, surfing the Internet and word processing. I barely understand RSS, email alerts and am not really sure about subscriptions. I don't have a Facebook page. I've never sent a tweet. Heck, I don't even know how to text. The main reason for admitting this is that if you send me something and it seems I'm ignoring you electronically, it's not intentional. I probably haven't figured out how to retrieve it, view or respond to it, but I'll try my best.

Update: I got inspired by a different fandom, but I still plan on posting a few more BTVS and Highlander stories.
