He didn't know what happened.

He looked over at Kagome, she had tears on her face. They had ran from the village so that Sango, Miroku and Shippou would not follow them to what he knew would be the last battle. Kirara however did not give up so easily.

She understood their reasoning for it though, that is why she did not rouse Sango.

"Ka..go-" Kagome rushed over to his side and put her hand over the large wound on his chest,trying in a last stitch effort to stop the blood draining from his body.

"I'm right here...Inuyasha."she whispered quietly trying her best not to burst out crying. But her effort's had failed when she sobbed out his name and a glittering tear shimmied down her face in a zig zag until it quietly left her cheek to mingle with the crimson life force flowing from his body.

He opened his eye's and for a moment she could see the violet color of the human in him. They shone with an unknown emotion as he whispered the last word's she would hear him say.

"Kagome...I...Love...yo-"he sighed and went limp in her arm's.

He was gone...

~sniff~ This is gonna be a sad one if you guy's want me to start writing. Why do I always have to torture Inu and Kagome? hmmm...
something to ponder.
Well, if you guy's do want me to finish it, it will be rated R for some lemony scenes though!!
