![]() Author has written 20 stories for Final Fantasy VII, Death Note, Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Code Geass, and Supernatural. Updates: 3/18/13-Hey...it's been a while haha... *dodges rotten tomato* I know I know, I start a massive rewrite of my story only to disappear for a few months. College and a few other distractions along with the worst kind of writer's block have been plaguing me. It's not so much that I don't know where A New Leaf (as that's really the only project that currently has my attention for now) is going as it is that I have too many ideas on how to get myself there. Currently I have at least 6 different starts to chapter 2 and its like a puzzle to fit them all together. I do however have good news: Spring Break will hopefully open up a nice little window for me to work with. Hopefully I can finish with this chapter soon and maybe it will break the dam. Or maybe I might look into finishing with a different story for a change and let the tide of ideas build up again for A New Leaf...will look into. For now, as of today, I have a busy week and you won't be seeing anything until at earliest late this weekend. About me...well, as much as you need to know anyways Real Name: Like I'd tell that. What you can call me: Cristicia, or if you're lazy, Crisi Age: I'm 19, going into college this next term Sex: Female Fandoms: FF7, Supernatural, Death Note, Code Geass, PJO and a few other minor ones. Stories: Currently most of my focus is being spent on A New Leaf, which is undergoing a revamp. It's a Zack-centrific fic, although it will involve a vast cast including some OCs. None of the OCs will be true constants in the story however. Basically the story is this: Late one restless night, Tifa stumbles upon a half-dead Zack. After a bit of deliberation, she takes him back to Seventh Heaven to be treated in hopes of answering some questions she has about Neibelhiem. She's stunned to learn when he wakes that he has little memory of his life. Not only that, but the two of them soon learn he is being dogged by a nefarious man who will stop at nothing to see Zack suffer. In general, the story is basically Zack taking Cloud's place in the FF7 storyline. Of course, I've added more than my fairshare of twists to the story. We have a couple of major characters that I assure you are not OCs, but they behave much differently than they do in cannon. The first is the nefarious man mentioned in the introduction. He is known as 521 by Hojo. While I won't spoil his true nature here or who he really is, I will say this much. 521 is not Sephiroth. He also suffers from some ailement that Hojo is using to control him. He's a rather cruel individual and feels little connection to other humans. I cannot reveal much more about him unfortunately. The second major character is a makonoid who is given the nickname "Jace" by Aerith. He remembers much of his former life, but he bears little connection to it and refuses his birth name. Whether this is out of shame of what he has become or simply out of disassocitation is presently unclear. As a minor spoiler, Jace is forevermore developing new abilities. He has a SOLDIER's reflexes at a large and he doesn't have a weapon. But instead he grows a natural, dagger like spike that is litterally a part of his arm. The spike can be as short as he wants it to be, but it can only be a maximum of a foot long. The mako in his system also often reacts violently to lifestream, trying to take more mako into itself. It's sort of like an allergic reaction; his skin bubbles up and it's quite painful. Because of this he cannot use materia, however he eventually learns how to "transform" himself. He doesn't truly change his shape, just how people precieve him. He can make himself invisible or make himself appear human. However should someone touch him they will notice how much colder he is and how his arm is scaly. Jace will eventually pick out a sort of human avatar, but the look he dons won't have any resemblance to his true appearance. Some eyes are also not fooled by his abilities. |
