Mass Energon: A Mass Effect and Transformers crossover.

The Reapers aren't controlled by the Catalyst but by Unicron, who uses them to harvest the most advanced organic races because of their use of Element Zero. They are after the Dark energy (which is actual a type of Energon) that is generated from Element Zero. Is mostly absorbed harmlessly over the centuries by the organics, like background radiation. When their genetic makeup has absorbed enough Dark energy (having Biotics is one of the signs of this), the Reapers return to harvest it for Unicron. They then use the leftovers to make upgrade to themselves and rebuild their numbers for the next harvest.

A couple of weeks later a Horcruxless Harry, who is also being taught chi magic by Uncle, attends Hogwarts.

After Jack escapes, she is pick up by mercenary ship. On board is also a recently captured Riddick. When the crew decides to "used" Jack before selling her off as a slave, Jack resists with her biotics and accident frees Riddick, who proceeds to kill the entire crew. Riddick then took Jack under his wing and when on the run together until Riddick was supposedly killed after stay behind to hold off their pursuers to allow Jack to escape. After Jack is recruited by Sheppard, she finds out that Riddick isn't actually dead and becomes determined to find him. Jack and Riddick pairing.
