About me.

Well, I haven't seen this page in a long time. A lot's happened since I was last here. I have a fiancee and we intend to marry as soon as I graduate. Thanks to her despite, what I would quantify, as my very best efforts I am still alive. I can't say if my writing's improved or not since I've barely been able to write anything, but I hope it hasn't gotten any worse.

I'm back because Saranghayo sent me a PM and it showed up in my emails inbox. My ambitions for writing on this site are not as grandiose as they originally were but I do intend to complete all of the works I've currently started at a moderately slow pace, no more bursting to write something and getting so terribly burned out this time, I'll save the getting burnt out for my personal projects.

I've gotten away from console and single player games recently and currently play DDO (Dungeons and Dragons Online) on mostly the Thelanis and Khyber servers. I plan on playing SWTOR (Star Wars The Old Republic) when it releases on a RP/PVP server.

I haven't had a chance to watch much anime, with college and the whole depressed thing going I haven't done much that I didn't have (save when my fiancee talks me into getting up and being productive) When I feel like my old self I'm still a geek, and I still intend to get a doctorate in Theology and starting a church when I can. But before I do that I need to sort my life out first.

I play a little guitar and piano, write a lot of dark poetry and oddly happy songs. The genres of fiction I write are horror, Action, Science Fiction, Fantasy/Dark Fantasy, Romance and phsycological novels. In writing the thing I do best is characterization, which is developing interesting characters and keeping them in character. I can do scenery and graphic fight scenes alright. My short coming include a general low self esteem about my writing, not editing sufficiently and not being as proficient in Language Arts as I should be (basically I make a lot of grammatical mistakes) I do not write sex scenes (or as their called on this site lemons) nor do I read them. It goes against my personal code to do so, I'd rather find out what happen between the sheets when me and my fiancee are married.

The question about fanart being made from my fanfictions has come up once or twice. I give permission for anything to be done to the story's I have posted on this site. If you like something I write do with it what you will, but I do appreciate a message either in a review of the story you want to use or in my inbox when your finished working on whatever it is. I'd like to see what you came up with ^^

As a final note this is the only part of my profile I am going to change right now. From this point on everything here is from when I last updated my profile (back in the summer I think it was) and may or may not be how things stand now. So... Laters ^^

Lightning always wanted to attend Cocoon academy so she could protect someone who used to be precious to her, the only problem? It's a guy's only academy. But with her father influence, and some help from General Amodar, she attends school with everyone thinking she's a male. But what happens when the boy she wants to protect is enrolled in the same academy? Will Lightning be able to deal with her conflicting sense of duty, and growing affection for Hope, who doesn't even remember her? Of course add in a 'hero' who's trying to date her sister Fang who, thinking she's a guy, is actively pursuing her, Sazh who know's more then he should and that all knowing ball of pep known as Vanille who can't help but stick her hands into everything.

the goal: This story is going to be goofy and funny. But ultimately it's like one of those coming of age stories. I don't know if I'm capable of writing something like this, but I want to try. And honestly right now, even if it doesn't turn into one of those coming of age tales, it's still fun to write.

Inspiration: I was staring at my plate of brownies after playing BBS and wondered if the castle even had a kitchen, from there little plot bunny's were born and wouldn't leave me alone until I wrote this.

Hope finally gets the courage to tell Lightning how he feels. Lightning needed more time to think so she told Hope the only thing that came to her mind. "Only if you can beat me." This would prove to be one of the few times Lightning wished she'd never met Hope.

Inspiration: None actually. The idea popped into my head when I was staring at the sky one day and so I started writing it.

Hope awakens after thirty years in crystal slumber. While he's been gone the fragile post Cocoon government was taken over by a group of PSICOM extremists. The survivors of the old regiment, Nora and members of the Guardian Corps, left New Cocoon to strike out a resistance against the military dictatorship that was slowly restoring the old regiment.
Hope is awakened fifteen years into the conflict and the most unexpected thing happens, he falls in love with Snow's fifteen year old daughter Aura...

Inspiration: Always in Repair. I don't know but this is the story that got me inspired to start writing Fan fiction. I'm not trying to copy his ideas or anything but my fingers touched the keyboard and this is what started flowing out. (On a side note I would suggest you read it, it's an awesome story.)

Lightning falls in love with Hope Estheim. But it's anything but a match made in heaven. With the schools fight club, Hope's sadistic older brother, rotting ceiling beams, supped up motorcycles or a plot to rule the world by evil forces. It all makes Lightning's love for Hope anything but easy.

But now as the Maker calls her children home I have to ask myself, is my world worth it? No. Now we have to save the world from the wrath of a deranged creator and her loyal servants... but can Hope survive in this world devoid of Light?
