Thanks for taking an interest in my work and stopping by.

I have written a short series of fanfics (well, one of them is not so short) based on various characters played by the English actor Richard Armitage in response to this writing challenge: "You'll Never Guess Who I Bumped Into The Other Day..." on Richard Armitage board on IMDB in which were were challenged to write what it would be like to meet one of the fictional characters he played. I wrote three complete and one partial story that ended up being more involved than even I anticipated. Given that interest in the thread is dying and knowing IMDB purges threads periodically, I thought I should move the stories to a more permanent archive where they would also be easier to follow rather than parts scattered in between comments.

Obviously the conceit of a Mary Sue is inherent in the structure of the challenge, but hopefully you can use my author avatar as a lens through which to view and enjoy the Armitage characters.

I have posted a copy of the completed stories, as well as some of my original work, on Wattpad. The John Porter story there is a slightly less explicit version (the explicit having been written as a challenge), and there is a character summary there for him as well.

P.S. I am horrendously OCD when it comes to my writing. Even if I hang onto a chapter for a few days, after I put it up I will see a hundred tiny things that demand to be improved. Nothing pertinent, just massaging the words to a more pleasing or character-appropriate flow. Apologies if you read something once, come back and read it again to find it is *slightly* different.
