Author has written 16 stories for Alice, 2009, and Primeval. UPDATE: Sorry for the really long update times... 2011 so far has been filled with writers block and I can't seem to fully overcome it. All of my stories are still underway, I have not abandoned them. I finish what I start. It just might take a while. :S Am I mad because I see the world as it could be, or is everybody else mad because they see the world only as it is? The original quote is "Too much sanity may be madness. And maddest of all, to see life as it is and not as it should be! - Miguel de Cervantes. I heard it quoted by a motivational speaker but wasn't able to write it down at the time. By the time I had a pen and paper, somehow in my mind, it had changed, but in changing, become more personal to me. So I kept it anyway. So, welcome to my little corner of fanfiction-dom. I imagine you are here because you read one (or more) of my stories. Hope you enjoyed them and want to read more. Oh, and if you have enjoyed them, please let me know by taking a second or two to review. :D Reviews make my day and keep me and my muse happily writing away. So, my stories (which is why you are really here): Firstly, Alice. The movie that turned me into an ALP fan and spawned my first forays into fanfiction. Most of my Alice stories occur within the same Hatter-verse. How He Left (complete), was my first fanfic, and it follows Hatter from the awkward good-bye at the Looking Glass to when he is reunited with Alice in her world. Hare and Hatter (in progress) is a backstory on Mad March and Hatter, and Failed Experiment (complete) is a one-shot that is closely tied in with it (though it contains spoilers for Hare and Hatter in it). Justice (complete) is a one-shot, dealing with the fate of the deposed Queen of Hearts, and is closely tied to Of Tea and Tension (complete), an incredibly long and twisty second adventure that occurs after Alice and Hatter discover that emotion teas are being sold in the real world as rave drugs. Small Victory (complete) is my first foray into smut, is a one-shot that takes place within the timeline of Tea and Tension, and stars Jack and Duchess. Waking, technically, takes place in the established Hatter-verse as well, but is very much stand alone... dream drabbles, to be updated when inspiration strikes. My other Alice stories are stand-alone, and don't take place in that Hatter-verse. Rise and Fall (complete) was my first foray into song-fics but it strayed from that a bit and turned into a complete story. A Halloween Tale (complete) was written as a stand alone in the spirit of the holiday. Doors (in progress) is one of my newer Alice fics ... doors are opening between Wonderland and the real world, causing chaos to ensue. And His Diamond takes place in the same Hatter-verse as Doors, and stars the Ten of Clubs. Then there is Primeval, once again starring the ever-so-talented ALP. Saying Goodbye (complete) deals with Connor's reaction to Tom's death in series 1. Sticks and Stones (possibly one more chapter, if the muse ever decides to cooperate) is a look at Connor and Abby, in the series 3 episode where they enter the future anomoly to hunt for Abby's brother. Happy Place (complete) is a one-shot, set at the end of the final episode in series 3. To Change It is my newest Primeval fic, but is on hold until I have finished up a few of my Alice stories... it was just becoming too much. So stay tuned. Thanks for reading! Hope you enjoy my stories, and again, please review (constructive criticism also very welcome). Much love! Rae |
