I hope that you enjoy reading the material I am writing and posting. I believe that the main goal of fiction writing, like all forms of art, is to compel an emotional response. When I write I hope that the reader feels certain emotions, not all of which will be pleasant, but which will be integral to understanding the story. If you read any of my stories I ask that you read with an open mind and please try and continue until the end. If a story is particularly sad early, it is often that way to set up an emotional payoff later on.

I encourage people to review and comment upon anything I write here. If you are uncomfortable commenting in a public forum such as a review, please feel free to send me a personal message here. I promise I will do my best to respond to all messages that are constructive and informed. I don't ask that all reviews and comments be positive, often more can be learned from negative criticism, but I do ask that private messages at least have some substance to them.
