A beginning writer, but a veteran reader. I currently have 2 stories being worked on, but that doesn't mean that in all my time as a reader I haven't had a plethora of ideas just waiting to be written down. I'm 25 years old, and I absolutely love card games. I've played in tournaments for Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Poke'mon, and Vanguard. From time to time I play Triple Triad Online (it's pretty neat, and it's free) when I'm feeling nostalgic for the game that started it all for me.

Stories in progress:

Triple Triad King: This Final Fantasy 8 related tale is the result of long nights spent trying to find and collect each rare Triple Triad card. Throughout the process, I just had this idea floating around for some time, so I put it down on paper and let it rest. This is my attempt to deliver on what I thought about years ago. The story revolves around Squall Leonhart and a very integral part of his life: Triple Triad. Along the way he discovers who and what really matters to him. Read on as he forges a path to his throne as King, and see the women in his life that gave him the strength to reach it.

Adventures in the Small Screen: I've finally kicked off this idea from the Ideas list. This drabble series features a different movie, a different spin, and a different adventure. Selphie brings Squall, who has never been interested in movies, to show him different worlds through a place he'd never thought to look: the t.v. I'll be taking prompts for this one until I decide whether I want to do polls or not. This is something different for me, but I'm looking forward to taking this 2000 words at a time.

Other Ideas:

1. Been thinking a lot about The Witcher 2. It's a great game, and undoubtedly sets the bar higher for deep, immersive roleplaying games. This one idea would center around Geralt and The Wild Hunt. It's also a crossover with Magic: The Gathering. If you've played and enjoyed The Witcher 2, and know a bit about the lore pertaining to Magic: The Gathering, it ought to bring about some wild ideas as to how it's actually very plausible. The universe of Magic: The Gathering is unimaginably vast; it is appropriately referred to as The Multiverse.

2. Another FF8 idea that comes and goes. It is heavily Squall/Ultimecia. I dare not elaborate more.

3. A crossover between FF8 and FF13. After one look at my favorites, it should be fairly clear as to what I'm getting at.
