Hello -

My name is Toni. What can I say about myself? I'm African American woman in my early 20's. I am in a Big Ten University in the Midwest pursuing degrees in International Business and Spanish. When I am not in class, at work, studying or hitting the bars with my boyfriend, I try to write! I've been writing short stories, poetry or songs since I was 8. I love writing. I would go insane if I couldn't write my emotions. Writing helps me process information and emotions. I absolutely love it. My boyfriend actually encouraged me post my writing. I tend to keep my writings private and he thought it might help me overcome this if I could post them on the web and get feedback that way. I thought why not. So here I go!

Now let's talk a little about what I'll be writing. I have to admit I've fallen in to the latest vampire craze and I love the Vampire Diaries. There will definitely be stories about that. When I was a kid, I used to read my brother's comic books. He read X-men so therefore I read X-Men. I fell in LOVE with the character of Storm, so much so that I actually started buying the books myself. To this day, I still read comics. I used to write X-Men stories when I was kid. Maybe I'll dust some of those off, update them and post them on the site as well.
