Welcome, one and all, to the profile for Corruo! I am just a guy in his early twenties who likes to write for a hobby, and just happened to stumble upon this site a few years ago. After reading a good number of stories, I figured that it wouldn't be too hard for me to do the same thing, so I launched right into writing Harry Potter and the Divine Plan. Well, it was certainly a mistake to think that it would be easy! But I got over the initial bumps and have managed to learn quite a bit about crafting a good story. Over the course of writing my first story, I had a large number of new story ideas, which are slowly being crafted into full stories or incorporated into others. My existing, in-progress, and future Harry Potter stories are outlined below. As always, all of them will be Harry/Hermione stories, if either character is in a relationship at all. I may write stories that do not ship HHR, but I cannot put Harry or Hermione with anyone other than each other.

Harry Potter and the Divine Plan: This was my first story, and as a result, there are a lot of different aspects of the story that leave something to be desired. I do believe that there are numerous good ideas present in the story, but the final execution lacked in some areas. That does not prevent it from being a good story in its own right, just that it is flawed simply by nature of being an experiment in writing for me. You will find that as the story progresses, it does improve, however.

Stealing Time: While writing The Divine Plan, I was struck by a number of new story ideas, one of which was a heist story. This story is the final realization of that idea. It is also the first part of a series that incorporates many of the other ideas I had during the writing of my first story. Writing Stealing Time has allowed me to correct a large number of the flaws that I found in The Divine Plan, so it should hopefully be a much smoother experience overall.

Killing Time: The sequel to Stealing Time. This story marks a distinct change in tone from Stealing Time, but continues the events of that story by asking what Lucius Malfoy would do in response to the events of the first story. I am currently writing this story and am very excited about some of the places the plot is going. Hopefully the final execution will reflect that.

Unnamed Story 1: This is a story suggested by one of my betas, InVale. While working on Killing Time, we have slowly been developing this story idea into a very interesting concept. I haven't seen many fanfiction stories branch off at the end of Chamber of Secrets, so we'll see where that takes us, won't we?

Unnamed Story 2: Another idea presented by InVale. This story, along with the one above will be co-produced with him. We are both developing the story ideas, but I will be doing the principal writing while he helps with various story and technical issues. But this story idea is in the very early stages and may not be a Harry/Hermione story at all (but I like I said above, I will not put those two characters with anyone else).

Our Man in Saigon (tentative title): This will be my next story after the above stories, and is in its embryonic stages right now. But some of you may be able to figure out what it will be about based on the title.

Update (9/29/2012) After a long hiatus during which my life has had its share of ups and downs, I have finally returned to the world of fanfiction, and plan to continue Killing Time. As of right now, I do not have a concrete update schedule, but will update as frequently as I can.
