Pastiche Pen and AngstGoddess003's original Twi BOY LOVE contest is back for another go. avioleta and Capricorn75 have taken over duties as hosts, and we've asked some excellent judges to join our team. So (once more), wash, rinse and repeat; we're off to do Slash Backslash 4.0. Give us your BOY SLASH!

Guidelines, Submission Details, and Rules:

Submissions will be accepted from August 1 - September 17, 2012, ending at 11:59 PM Pacific time that day.

NOTE: We prefer that you share your fic with slashbackslash4.0 in Google Doc form; however, if you are unable to do so, you may attach as a word document.

We will send confirmation of receipt of your entry within 48 hours, so if you do not get a confirmation, then we did not receive it. Please double check to make certain you have sent the entry to the correct email address.

Entries must be one-shots between 2,000 - 10,000 words in length. This includes the required header and all warnings. (We will ask you to cut if your story exceeds the word limit.)

Entries may be vampy, Canon, AU, AH and any genre (e.g., angst, humor, family, drama, suspense).

Entries must be rated appropriately and must include all necessary warnings.

Any and all Male/Male pairings accepted. Any rating accepted.

For the love of God, lubrication or disqualification.

No Rape. No Pedophilia. No incest (adoption doesn't count). No bestiality (Wolves don't count).

Collaborations are welcome, as are multiple entries. Sorry, no crossovers.

Please have your story beta'd. We encourage authors to check out Project Team Beta.

All entries will be posted by the hosts ANONYMOUSLY on our official LJ slashbackslash page.

You may not post your creations elsewhere until entries are revealed and winners are announced at the end of our contest.

Entries must be a new and completed story and must not have been posted anywhere prior to the contest.

We're cool with expansion of one-shots after the contest is over and winners have been announced, but please keep in mind that one-shots are judged largely on their ability to exist solely as a one-shot.

Any violation of anonymity (regardless of whether or not you are the author of the revealed fic) will be grounds for disqualification of entry.

Guidelines for ART:

Artistic creations must be original and should focus on an M/M pairing.

Any and all Male/Male pairings accepted. Any rating accepted.

Entries must be rated appropriately and must include all necessary warnings. Please include required header in submission email.

Art submissions will be judged in two categories: 1.) Artwork created using traditional (pen, paper, ink, pastel, paint, etc.) or digital media and 2.) banners, photo-manipulations, and wallpapers.

Creations will be posted anonymously by the hosts on our SBS 4.0 LJ page.

You may not post your creations elsewhere until after all entries are revealed, winners are announced, and the contest is complete.
