![]() Author has written 7 stories for StarTrek: Voyager. Kezhke is a Klingon derivation of my real last name. I'm not one of those people who wants to be Klingon - there's a lot of fun mythology there, but I'd say I'm much more Vulcan in nature - but the phonetics of the language work as a nice pen name. I am most interested in canon-consistent stories. The challenge of adhering to the rules while broadening our understanding of the text is the most fun part of fanfiction. The Ad Infinitum/"Idle Gossip"/"So Rich a Price" universe (published from July 2009-March 2010) can be read in any order. All five parts have intersecting timelines, overlapping narratives, and flashbacks. You don't have to read them all to understand one. They all include P/T, J/C, K/f, and other pairings. 1-3. The Ad Infinitum trilogy explains how Harry Kim got a son and chronicles what happens to Miral Paris and her sister L'Naan. It moves from post-"Endgame" to twenty-two years after. There is a lot of material with original characters, but there's a little surprise for J/Cers in the third installment. P/Ters will like the second part, when the Paris daughters are still young. 4. "Idle Gossip" is a slightly fluffy story that takes place three years post-"Endgame," when Janeway and Chakotay are thrown back together while Tom, Harry, and B'Elanna face new challenges, personal and professional. P/Ters and J/Cers should probably start here. 5. "So Rich a Price" tells the story of Voyager's homecoming via flashbacks during the twenty-fifth anniversary. P/Ters, you'll like this one. The anti-C/7 crowd will also be vindicated. Update April 2012: I'm no longer writing stories in this fandom, though I still get passing ideas here and there. I'm appreciative of all the readers who continue to write reviews and list my stories as favorites. |
