![]() Author has written 22 stories for Bones, and 24. Hi all. :) I'm wolfbones17. I like to write Bones fanfiction when the mood strikes me, and recently I've gotten into writing 24 fanfiction. I am in the throes of college! And I have a job! Since my love of writing is not limited to TV fanfiction, I hope to major in Creative Writing. I do have a lot of my own original work to, well, work on, so I don't update as regularly as I'd like, but I do try. :) Updates may be even less frequent should I finally get a job. Please cross your fingers for me anyway! :) Disclaimer: All publicly recognizable characters, settings, etc. are the property of their respective owners. The original characters and plot are the property of the author. The author is in no way associated with the owners, creators, or producers of any media franchise. No copyright infringement is intended. ...In other words, all of these stories were written by me, but I own nothing. :) So, please don't sue me. I'm broke anyway. Websites My blog: http:/// My NaNoWriMo Page: http:///eng/user/639091 - November is National Novel Writing Month! Get out there and WRITE! :D Favorite Bones Quotes Bennet Gibson: What most people do in this situation is, they sweat it. Brennan: Guatemala. Genocide. How are you scary after that? Hodgins: When you write, you get this stunned look on your face like you stuck a fork in a toaster. Dr. Sweets: Mocking will not change my position. I have been mocked many, many times before. (pause) That came out wrong... Cam: Mr. White, for future reference, you might want to tell your bosses we don't do half-truths here. Clark: Because it's obvious you and Agent Booth were attracted to each other. I mean a blind man could see that. I just couldn't understand why you two just didn't rip each other's clothes off. I mean just get all butt-naked and - Oh my God. Oh my God. Oh my God. Uh. I'm - I'm sorry. It just popped out, okay? Favorite Angel Quotes Faith: Like riding a biker. Cordelia: I knew I hated that wall... Angel: I don't know about you, but personally, I kinda want to slay the dragon. ...Let's get to work. Faith: Dude - you rescued a puppy! Angelus: I'm in hell. This is hell - AND I'M IN IT. Other Quotes Sam Emerson: Look at your reflection in the mirror. You're a creature of the night Michael, just like out of a comic book! You're a vampire Michael! My own brother, a goddamn, shit-sucking vampire. You wait 'till mom finds out, buddy! (from The Lost Boys) Alan Frog: Kill your brother. You'll feel better. (from The Lost Boys) Grandpa: One thing about living in Santa Carla I never could stomach: all the damn vampires. (from The Lost Boys) Hiccup: And now the spinning. Thank you for nothing, you useless reptile. (from How to Train Your Dragon) Renee: You mean the smoking crater by the UN? Yeah it was hard to miss. (from 24) Riley Poole: Okay, who wants to go down the creepy tunnel first? (from National Treasure) Riley Poole: Oh, great, my tax dollars at work are coming to arrest me. (from National Treasure 2: The Book of Secrets) Phoebe: No, I'm a positive person. You're like Santa Claus - on prozac - at Disneyland - getting laid! (from Friends) Phoebe: Hey, don't let the best door in the world hit you in the ass on your way out! (from Friends) Obi Wan Kenobi: Not to worry - we are still flying half a ship. (from Star Wars) What I'm Reading Right Now: Arabian Nights Recommended Reading: The Jungle Book (I and II), by Rudyard Kipling - come on, who doesn't love talking animals? (This book is shamelessly promoted throughout my 24 fanfic, Anywhere. Read it. It's the most underrated classic in the history of mankind. If I had my way, we'd have read this instead of freaking Gatsby in grade 11.) The Dragon Jousters series, by Mercedes Lackey - seamless set of novels set in a world of fantasy. The Dust of 100 Dogs, by A.S. King - sassy tale about a pirate girl cursed to be 100 dogs. Willow, by Julia Hoban - intense, heartbreaking, heartwarming read; anyone who cuts or knows someone who does will relate to this book. The Sky Always Hears Me: And the Hills Don't Mind, by Kirstin Cronn-Mills - I have never experienced half of what Morgan goes through during this book, and yet she's the most relatable character I've ever read in realistic fiction. Her voice is dramatic and loud but very private and intellectual all at once. Great, great, great book. Sisters Red, by Jackson Pearce - Little Red Riding Hood meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Fenris-style. Romance and action, to the max. The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins - Okay, I honestly thought I was going to hate this book when I read the jacket, but I swear, the annotation does it no justice! None! Zip! Catching Fire, by Suzanne Collins - Even better than Hunger Games. I didn't bother to read the jacket of this one - I didn't want my excitement to be tainted. :) I'm eagerly awaiting the third book, Mockingjay, which I will be eagerly awaiting for a long time, judging by my library's hold list... I highly anticipate adding that to this list of awesome books as well. |
