Dear readers. I should like to take this opportunity to express my deep regret that I have been absent for so long from this site. I shan't go into details here as to the reasons, but I will say that a combination of technical issues, as well as my health and personal life, has led to mine being unable to participate actively in anything FFN-related. There have been problems with messages not received, as well as my not being in a position to read them.

I apologise deeply for anyone who may feel as though they have been ignored, ill-treated or forgotten by me, and hope that you will try to understand my situation, and that if I had been in control of the situation, it would never have gone the way it has.

At this time, I can understand if any of you feel disappointed in me, or harbor any ill will towards me for my failure to get in touch or to respond to you and fulfill my duties here, but the truth is that I was not able to, and for that I can only apologise.

To those of you who have expressed your support for me and my work here, thank you. I can hardly thank you enough. Your positivity and encouragement have meant the world to me, now that I can finally see it.

To those of you who feel let down by me or who might be angry with me for my prolonged absence, I am so very sorry.
