She graduated from her highschool in London at the top of her class in 2008 - at the age of 16 - at the top of her class, and since then has been studying to become a forensics scientist. Madi is from a wealthy London family. Her mother, Natalia, is the proud owner and opperator of one of the largest fashion manufactures in the world along with owning multiple boutiques in England, Japan, Germany, and America. Her father, Shane Redmond, was an Olympic Swimmer, winning eight gold medals in the Individual Medly before a torn ACL ended his career. Donald Mallard is Natalia's cousin and only other living member of their family, other tham his neffew, Roy Collins, a 42-year-old marine biologist. At the age of 16, Madison had a run-in with a diseased creature. She had been bitten and taken to the hospital for a rabies vaccination. However, it turns out that the animal that had bitten her had not beem rabid, it had been the carrier of a mutated gene that was passed on to Madi through the bite. The mutation worked on her genes for four months before she relized the slight changes that were going on with her bod. Her naturally blue eyes had taken on a violet hue to them and animal-like traits began developing within her body. Her K-9s became longer sharper, and venomous, her nail became harder, her muscles bacame stronger, and she found that she could move faster. It appeared that the bite she had recieved gave her animal-like abilitys -- a cheetah's speed, a cobra's venomous bite, a dog's sence of smell, and much more. Madi kept all of this to herself, not wanting to be the test subject for this scientific breakthrough.

Backstory: Charani is Quasimodo’s younger sister, pulled from their mother’s body on the night of her death and raised by the archdeacon in the cathedral, Notre Dame. Frollo does not know of Charani’s existence, until one day, when he goes to bring Quasimodo his lunch. Frollo finds Quasimodo wrapping Charani’s wrist in a makeshift splint – she had fallen from one of the rafters of the bell tower while playing a game of hide-and-go-seek. Frollo immediately sees the striking similarity between Charani and the gypsy woman he had killed two decades ago.
