Author has written 39 stories for Twilight, Harry Potter, and Looking For Alaska, John Green. 8/30/09 NEWS: I honestly haven't been on FF all summer... I didn't realize how into Twilight I was last year. Oh boy. It was kind of lame. But now I'm over that (obviously) and I think the whole series is completely ridiculous. Sorry if I offended anyone. But seriously, step back and ask yourself 'Is this really good literature?' These characters aren't real. They don't say real things. They don't have real feelings. There's more to love than ridiculously chiseled abs and diamond-encrusted skin. How could you love something so perfect? Honestly ask yourself that. Is it their overwhelming, deep personalities that drew you into the Twilight fandom? I don't know if I made myself clear- THEY. HAVE. NO. PERSONALITIES. Feel free to un-alert me. I really don't mind; I won't be writing the same kind of stories that I used to write. SteneMichele 5/11/09 NEWS: I've started a new project! I really don't like Twilight anymore (ahh that's a murdered-in-my-bed comment, isn't it?) but I don't have time or the attention span/motivation at the moment to really work on something original. My new project is going to be a continuation of my story Octopus Garden. Basically, I'm going to work Beatles references/songs into oneshots so that my story (Octopus Garden) will become a never-ending (but it will end?) collection of Beatles-influenced oneshots. My recommendation: Listen to the Beatles song that the chapter you're reading is named after. Story alert it! And go listen to some Beatles! 4/23/09 NEWS: Sorry (again) for the lack of updates. Announcement: All of my incomplete stories are on temporary hiatus. (Please note the word 'temporary') (Also, please note that I'm not sure what the word 'hiatus' means exactly, but I figured that it means they won't be updated in a while...) But You'll Always Be a Little Redhead Bitch (I titled this one during my "all fanfics are named after songs" phase... but I think I'll change this one because redheads are never bitches... obviously) is going to be continued as soon as Liyorah (my coauthor) and I have time to write it. NEWS: I've hit 30 stories. More evidence that I need a life. Here is a sneak peek into my totally thrilling (cue sarcasm) life: I love... 1.) The Beatles 2.) Being locked inside during snowstorms 3.) Michael Phelps' facial expressions after breaking yet another world record 4.) Running in the summer rain 5.) Ireland 6.) Getting a relevant quote in a fortune cookie. I always get quotes about the weather: "Bring your poncho outside today- the skies are overcast." or "It's a beautiful day." If fortune cookies actually mean anything, then it looks like I'm going to grow up to be a meteorologist. Epic win? 7.) Waking up to my favorite song 8.) Mental health days/Music appreciation days 9.) Old-fashioned horror movies that actually have a plotline and aren't just filled with gore and blood 10.) Taking pictures of the ocean 11.) Snapple facts 12.) Sitting on my roof and reading Jane Austen novels I hate... 1.) Rap music 2.) Hypocrites 3.) McDonald's Big Macs 4.) Cannibalism... unless you're into that kind of thing... in which case I will remind you of a famous (or not so famous) quote from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory: "Everything in this room is edible. Even I'm edible. But that is called cannibalism, my dear children, and is in fact frowned upon in most societies." 5.) Being the center of attention 6.) Geometry 7.) Public speaking 8.) Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers 9.) Over hyperness/over obsessiveness (ahem, ahem, this may just possibly be a reference to "Twilighters") 10.) Being forced to participate in gym class 11.) Condescending teachers... and condescending people in general 12.) When people take themselves too seriously Happy reading, SteneMichele |
