I'm Hobbit Shortness... or used to be. This fanfiction account has been slowly gathering cobwebs for probably two or three years now. Frankly, I'm embarrassed about most of the fanfictions that have come from my computer, and will be taking down all but two that I'm slightly fond of. If I get around to it, I will be taking those down and re-writing them, though it hardly seems worth the effort to me.

It has been a couple years or more since I've written anything but original fiction; no, I don't have a fictionpress account as of yet. However, I think I might delve back into the entertaining world of fanfiction, if only to ease the boredom that comes with not having a job, not having any money, and desperately counting down the days until I leave for my summer job at camp.

Reads: Anything well-written. I prefer historical fiction, particularly stories of Tudor England (a la Phillipa Gregory). I also enjoy general fiction and classic novels. Chick lit is my guilty pleasure, though I don't often find the time to indulge--usually I do so after particularly stressful periods in my life, like after midterms :P

I find most stories on fictionpress and on this site are hard to read due to lack of style, of description, or plot. It delights me to find stories that are actually enjoyable to read. I'm quite picky about what I read, probably why I stopped reading fanfictions in the first place.

After reading the above, I realize how pompous I sound. I don't take it back, however.
