Author has written 13 stories for Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, Pokémon, and Total Drama series.

Oh...Hi! :D

Note: I've been catching references to my fanfiction in other works. That's okay, so long as you credit the fanfiction as mine (Just say "Dark Amphithere's Total Pokemon Island belongs to Dark Amphithere" or something!).

So I'm Dark Amphithere! I'm an author...duh. I like reading, writing, video games, snowboarding, and tons of other random crap! An amphithere is a dragon, with wings, but no legs. I like darkness, but not in emo/goth fashion. I like dark because it's classy and relaxing to me. Hence my name! So yeah...I'm not an emo/goth kid.

I do writing as mostly a side thing. It's kind of a fun hobby where I get to exercise my creativity. Come along for the ride if you want. :)

Hello! It is time to present to you the Dark Amphithere wiki!

My dear readers, I have decided to work with my friend Xebla to create a wiki for all of my stories and fanfictions. This is simply because most of my stories have multiple original characters with varying personalities. For this reason, the wiki has been created to help you keep track. This is not all, however. The two of us can't do it all on our own, so we've asked you, the readers, to help us do it by filling out the pages and adding information yourself!

Here is the link: http:///wiki/Dark_Amphithere_FanFiction_Stories_Wiki

But there are rules. They are as follows:

1. Have good grammar. I mean punctuation, spelling, capitalization, sentence structure, and everything. I do NOT want to go through an entire page that has been created and edit the entire thing because of poor grammar. So please, if you do contribute, make sure it's on point.

2. Do not vandalize. If I catch people messing up pages that have been worked hard on, I will take action against it.

3. No opinions allowed. I do not want to go on Houndoom's or Ninetales's pages and see "OMG I LOVE HOUNDOOM HE IS THE BEST CONTESTANT". The opinions are to be kept out. If there is anything opinion based (For example, if a character is a fan favorite), I will handle it.

4. You don't need to include every little thing in there. You don't have to write down everything a character says and put it on their page.

5. Don't take on something more than you can handle. We're starting with smaller characters who don't have the largest roles in the story. Don't try to write Cacturne or Bellsprout's entire bio, as they are some of the most in-depth characters.

6. Make it fun! Don't just state every little thing about them in a boring way like "Wooper did this. Wooper then did this. Later, he did this." That's boring. We want guests to be interested!

7. Have fun! It's not a chore. Do work at your leisure- just make sure it's good work!

Thanks to all who decide to help us out!

Current Obsession (which will be subject to change): Nothing at all.

A simple summary of my fanfictions is below. If you're interested in any of them, you should totally read them.

Final Fantasy: Tipa's Crystal Chronicles- I'm NEVER doing a fanfiction this long again! It's just a simple take on the storyline of Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, with various subplots, humorous jokes, romance, and fun on the way. Rather old.

The Rise of Selstun- A side story that explains Selstun, an OC in Final Fantasy: Tipa's Crystal Chronicles: Which I highly recommend you read first before reading this one. See how Selstun changed from a quiet, curious child into an insane, murderous lunatic. Also old.

Total Pokemon Island!- In which 34 Pokemon, two of each of the seventeen types, compete to win a lifetime supply of poffins. Hosted by Mew and Mewtwo! Warning- this fanfiction is the first in the series and is rather old. Grammar and writing may not be up to my current standards.

Total Pokemon World Tour!- The sequel to season one, Total Pokemon World Tour. Mew and Mewtwo are back again, and they're ready to torture all of the campers a second time! Now with 20% more singing!

Frightening Realizations- In which Nero the Nidoking, Rexon the Tyranitar, Cactos the Cacturne, Divine the Gardevoir, Ding-Dong the Bronzong, and Charon the Banette discuss the scarier side of Pokemon. This is not meant to be frightening, it's meant to be humorous.

Ringing-The story of Bellamy the Bronzong, who eventually became Ding-Dong the Bronzong instead. A tale of friendship and finding out one's true self.

Genius- How does it feel to be a genius? Ask an Alakazam.

Grudge- A twisted tale of love, fear, and venegance, featuring a Mismagius and Banette. "You're the second thing I love the most. The first thing is the thought of killing you." This is my Number One favorite story I've posted on this site, so I hope you check it out!

Pokeballs- Team One decides to have a discussion while in their Pokeballs. Result? Chaos ensues.

Daycare- After being forced into the daycare so they'd "get along" after an argument, Cactos and Divine discuss some interesting topics. But when Divine starts another debate with Cactos, he won't go down without a fight.

Unova Mansion- The Pokemon from the Unova region finally get a chance to leave their island country in a chance to win a huge mansion in the middle of the ocean. Sounds great, right? Twenty-one Pokemon are all invited to the same mansion, which raises a lot of questions. But of the twenty-one Pokemon, how many will leave the mansion alive?

And because I change this little section periodically...

VOICES FOR CHARACTERS (Coming Soon)

I also thought I'd put an interesting thing about creating the newbies for Total Pokemon Redux!

So from the beginning, I wanted 12 newbies, although one was going to be fake due to Hypno making his way into the competition. And so, I got to creating. However, I wanted to make sure I didn't tread on any original characters with the new ones. And it wasn't easy- if you go back to Season One and compare Banette and Gengar, you'll find that they're hardly different, except Banette is slightly ruder and Gengar's more laidback. Total Pokemon World Tour separated many of the personalities, changing flat characters into something a bit different (Lileep and Mawile, who lasted a long time in TPI while being flat characters, are an example). Lileep, who was simply friendly and kind throughout TPI, was given the stress of managing Bellsprout and her guilt for digging into Trapinch's business. Mawile, on the other hand, left the show, but was still given some tension with Wooper.

On the other hand, other characters who lasted longer were given very powerful changes. Banette became more crass and wily, with a bit of tragedy and somberness in his tale. Gengar, on the other hand, became brighter, a bit clumsier, and a more friendly character. Charmeleon, who was also similar to Banette, kept his clever and witty nature, but became more of a brute force or brute brains bully rather than Banette's subtle taunting and perverted comments.

So now we come back to Total Pokemon Redux, where I had doubled the newbie count since the last season, and had to make sure that they were all different. Obviously, I won't explain everything, due to spoilers, but have an interesting article to read at least. :P

Unfezant- Every season needs one, and while Hitmonlee pulled off the role remarkably in Season Two, I knew I couldn't think of a valid reason to eliminate any veteran in the first elimination- they were the best, the chosen ones to return to the show out of many others. For that reason, we needed somebody inexperienced who would make a classic mistake. And thus, Unfezant was born. He was originally going to be a Fearow or some other bird, but Unfezant worked well with his personality. However, the important thing was to separate him from Electrode. So I thought- what would be a different way to get eliminated? Well, Electrode was troublesome and uncooperative, mainly because of his inferiority complex regarding the fact that he's JUST A BOMB. So I decided to go the opposite route and make Unfezant a full on narcissist who thought of himself as the best, and degrades others as a result. He's definitely a bigger jerk than Electrode. On the other hand, he's also dumber, in a sense- boasting of his high threat level, yet proving he was no team player, earned him an easy elimination, fulfilling his role.

Before I talk about Roserade and Marill, let's talking about the TPI girls.

Female Characters- Female characters have always been on the weaker sides in the Total Pokemon series, and it was definitely something I wanted to improve on. While many characters were blander in Season One, the females in particular were one dimensional- to be honest, Lapras, Mawile, Lileep, and Mismagius simply seemed to be love interests for Dragonite, Wooper, Bellsprout, and Banette respectively. While you COULD argue that the same happened with Gliscor to Pidget on the reverse side, for the most part, many girlfriends were eliminated before their respective guy friends- the final 10 had 3 females and 7 males, and the final 5 had 1 female and 4 males. So, I began to work on the female characters, trying to subtlely improve them. Gardevoir, Froslass, Mismagius, and Lileep all became far stronger characters in World Tour, Ninetales gained a newer personality to separate herself from others, and even Gabite and Weavile scored development beyond their simply "bad girl" attitudes. In addition, Trapinch and Honchkrow brought fresh air to the series in that department. While some females are still pretty flat (Lapras and Mawile come to mind), there are still flat males as well (let's face it- I love Arcanine, but until TPR, he was pretty boring). So when TPR came around, I knew I had to continue the trend. I believe it worked- Mismagius became even more of her own character, Weavile changed for the better, and Honchkrow became a huge boss that very few characters can boast of. But I also had to make newbies with new personalities.

Roserade- I wanted there to be individuals in the story who were LGBT positive, and Roserade was immediately considered. As a result, she had a thing for both Mismagius and Trevenant (and others, commenting on Banette and Krookodile's respective appearances). But that wasn't my only plan with Roserade. Other than the angry girls (Primeape and Garchomp) and Scizor, most of the girls have "pretty girly" personalities (Weavile, Mismagius, Honchkrow and Gardevoir can be argued, but they still show it from time to time). However, I took a tip from Honchkrow to try and give Roserade traits that one would probably expect more on a male than a female. As a result, Roserade became a huge stoner- it fit in with the grass type theme (heh) and gave her a lazy, laidback nature that hasn't been seen on too many girls in the series. Roserade, in my opinion, is one of the best females in the entire series because of her uniqueness- I really can't compare her to any of the girls.

Marill- Marill was tricky. Non-evolved Pokemon are naturally "cuter" and tend to have less mature personalities. Granted, this can totally be ignored with some (Murkrow was more serious than most, and Diglett is pretty good), but for the most part, I wanted friendly characters to come along. I didn't want TPR to be an "edge fest" (let's face it, some of the newbies are edgy, angsty antiheros, and so are the veterans). So what did I do with Marill? I made her funny- granted she doesn't make people laugh the way Bronzong and Luxray do, but she has her own niche with her puns and silliness. As a result, we have a funny characters who's nice and friendly, but unlike Wooper and Gengar, it's a girl. I think of Marill as a peppy little girl that brightens up the mood. Was she going to last long? Not a chance. But she was still a bright moment in the chapters for a brief time.

Probopass- Probopass was just a prop for Hypno, but it was important to give him subtlety. We had never had a silent character before, so I decided to use that to try and trick everyone. It didn't work forever (some people predicted it far ahead).

Mightyena- A cliche, but we've never really had a female character who's consistently been depressed...oh wait, Pidgeot. Honestly, Mightyena is by far my least favorite of the new competitors, but she sort of filled that depressed goth role that we never had. I sort of dropped the ball with Mightyena, as her story was more about Arcanine's story, to be perfectly honest. However, I'm okay with her being a weaker character, because we definitely need weaker characters in a story like this. As a result, Mightyena got a brief story about heartbreak and being used, which gave her a connection with Arcanine. She had a brief plot- not the most interesting, but still with valuable lessons and good endings. She served her purpose.

Swampert- Swampert is just the best. However, he was the last character designed for TPR, and he was a bit of a doozy. We had a lot of grumpy/miserable guys in the cast, and Toxicroak was sort of the one new male that was pretty chill and relaxed. So what did I do? Decide to make another strongman. While Dragonite was the original gentle giant, he was more of a peacekeeper than an actual workout artist. Arcanine was the jock, but we had no real fitness nut. So Swampert was born. I actually didn't decide about his sexuality until after the series began, but I feel it was a great choice- while it doesn't have a lot to do with his character, I don't think it should be his one defining trait. He loves to work out and help others, and he happens to be gay. Still, I enjoy his wisdom and kindness, and also his Mega Evolution (MEGA EVOLUTIONS ARE GREAT FOR EVERY CHARACTER). Overall, I would argue he is in the running for "best newbie".

Trevenant- I needed a character who wasn't pure evil, but pure bad. I wouldn't say Trevenant is evil in a traditional villain sense, but he was a test for me to write- I wanted a character who was NOT the villain of the series, but still a villain in his own right, to several characters. Trevenant was unique because of WHY he acted the way he was. While most villains have something they covet (Alakazam wanted victory, Hypno wanted to ruin and humiliate everyone, Bronzong just wanted to win), Trevenant wants something different- power. His entire reason for entering is not to have the money, but because money = power. His entire character is about how powerful he feels, whether he's establishing control over Mismagius, fear over the others, or beating people down. His issue with Banette? Banette didn't care about Trevenant until he found out he started hurting Mismagius. Trevenant is only content when he's at the top- unlike Rhydon, he wasn't a bully who got his comeuppance- he was almost like a tyrant who got his crown taken away. A terrible person, a horrible man, but a character I loved to hate and write? Absolutely.

Gothitelle- This was one character I knew I had to be careful with. I had already established her having a French accent, her gothic sense of style, and her status as a model. So what would I do? Would I make her snobbish and snooty? I decided to go the opposite. However, this was going to be difficult due to the fact that we already had so many friendly females. How could I make Gothitelle different? I decided to take her personality and amplify it, making her a bit more...shocking. As a result you have a female who is confident in her sex appeal, somewhat dirtyminded, but also hotheaded. I think her interests made her quite different from Gardevoir (my biggest worry- luckily Gardevoir is more of a geeky singer and leader, and Gothitelle is a goth model who loves things flashy and raunchy). I think she's a very successful character.

--The next characters are still in the running- information will be limited.--

Bisharp- Arguably the most complex character in the entire series, I wanted to make Bisharp different from other antagonists. He wasn't going to be the clever genius like Alakazam, the schemer like Bronzong, or the sadistic Hypno. But what could he be? A scrapped idea was a villain who often took things way too far, and threatened others outside the competition to get their way. Though this got reworked into Trevenant, it still had an effect with Bisharp- Bisharp is rigid and cold, and his aggressive playstyle makes him a rather antagonistic fellow. However, I want to move away from purely evil villains. Characters who are simply bad can be interesting, but unrealistic as main villains (Trevenant, more of a side and character arc villain, fits the bill far better). So rather, Bisharp is an antagonist. Strangely, he does not advocate sabotaging his own team, showing a twisted sense of honor, but he expects teammates to put personal things aside. While he seems a sort of hybrid between Kadabra and Bronzong, Bisharp has a unique attribute in his logic, but inability to understand feelings. Bronzong does not have many feelings, but still gets them, but Bisharp does not get the ones he has. Regardless, he'll be fun to watch I hope.

Krookodile- There haven't been any really funny antagonists in this series. Yes, Bronzong's humor and deadpan snarking can make the readers laugh, but there hasn't been a villain who's been outright silly. Krookodile, with his scheming, crooked style, fills this niche. Though he's smart and has a mean streak, Krookodile also possesses humorous traits, such as being terrified of dentists and getting his butt handed to him several times by other characters. He's a master of sabotage, picking which team he plans to mess with early on, but when his schemes and plans go wrong, it's hard not to laugh. Krookodile's pains and woes aside, his comical nature actually hints to some darker stuff. He's definitely an antagonist, and there are plenty of reasons to hate him, but I hope you all still get a chuckle out of him now and then.

Medicham- Another girl, another girl I vowed to make unique, and at least to me, Medicham delivered. Rather than going the traditional angry fighter girl, I decided to make Medicham a martial arts artist with and honor code that she obeyed as long as she could. This was not another Primeape type or Scizor type- she was a character that wanted to win, and do it in a pure way. Unfortunately, Medicham was a bit naive at the start- with Bisharp ruling the head and Medicham ruling the heart, Bisharp was easily able to backstab her with no concern. But she also needed depth. Medicham has a lot of secrets hidden behind that personality, and it'll be great to show you all just what turned her into the woman she is today.

Noivern- Luxray's a fan favorite, and wacky characters are fun. While I didn't want to include another Luxray in the story, a punk rocker with an obsession of forming a band and RAWKING OUT. Noivern is there to lighten the mood when things get heavy and make stuff more fun. Not every character needs to plot and scheme and be complex- Noivern is simple and fun, and that makes her a refreshing character to write. In addition, I wanted Gliscor to have a love interest, and while Noivern was a huge part of Gliscor's character arc, I feel she has a lot going on as well. Noivern has plotlines coming up in the story that might make her a bit more popular.

Toxicroak- Not all evolved forms are slick and suave. There hasn't been a lot of dorky fully evolved Pokemon (I'd say Hitmonlee and Electrode are the only ones who really come to mind). With many of the usual suspects cut out from this season, someone had to be comic relief and suffer the various misfortunes that come with it. Enter Toxicroak. I imagined Toxicroak as this punky dude who looked kinda scary, but then you realized he laughed when he was nervous and laughed a lot. Toxicroak was sort of the heart of Team Night, to Bisharp's brain and Trevenant's body, which made him not just a cool part of a "bad" alliance, but also a sympathetic follower. Many people don't know what to make of Toxicroak, and I'd imagine that out of the newbies, he's certainly the wild card- useless in some challenges, and a marvel in others. While I feel he was under appreciated at first, Toxicroak has definitely come into his own as a character.

More Info: In case you didn't know enough already! :D

Meh...I really like long stories. I love writing them (TO AN EXTENT), and I love reading them. I also love "good" oneshots (not the ones that are 200 words long).

I love happy endings. There aren't enough happy endings around these days. However, I'm also really good at writing tragedies (or so I've been told).

Pokemon OCs: These are the guys that usually appear in my stories about Pokemon.

Team 1:

Crikey- A fun loving Feraligatr who is the leader among his teammates. He's always kind to his friends, but when he gets pissed off, watch out. Crikey gets along with most, but he has an ongoing rivalry between both him and Silk Hat, and himself and Cactos. He and Silk Hat have fought on many occasions, but never enough to seriously injure the other. Crikey fought against Al once, and although Crikey managed to win, Al put up a brilliant fight. His battles against Cactos have been around when they were even in the wild, as Crikey was from Hoenn, like Cactos. He often calls Cactos his original name, Noxis. The battles between the two of them have almost gotten both Pokemon killed, and Crikey has a large scar on his chest left by Cactos. His original name in the wild was Ragger.

Alkanarem- A sarcastic, yet genius, Alakazam. His name is rather long, so his friends often refer to him as Al, much to his chagrin. He can be rather snobbish and cynical, but he truly cares for his team. He is shiny, and loves his spoons. Alkanarem doesn't enjoy fighting, but he is extremely powerful, much more so than most Alakazam. However, he tires very easily, and sometimes loses control of his powers. Most of his noteworthy battles were against Zikter, with Al usually winning, but he fought Crikey once after a huge argument and lost. Al told his trainer his original name when he was captured, so he keeps his name (Alkanarem).

Amazon- A shiny Tangrowth who is known to be extremely peculiar. Seriously. He says the strangest things, he speaks in gibberish half of the time, and he is known to be a kleptomaniac. No lie, many of Alkanarem's missing spoons are found in Amazon's possession. Amazon isn't much of a fighter, but he's no pushover. His original name was Gornogo.

Silk Hat/Bouquet- A Honchkrow who replaced Maelstrom the Kingdra after he retired. He calls himself Silk Hat, and he acts like he's the gang leader (which annoys Crikey). Silk Hat has a huge ego, but it's really a bit of false bravado because he feels insecure about his real name, which is Bouquet. Silk Hat and Crikey have an enormous rivalry, and they battle often, with either one coming out on top. It is said that Silk Hat is more powerful than the Feraligatr, but it is unknown if this is true or not.

Zikter- A perverted Crobat who is always making sexual innuendos, and always expresses his complaints that the team is made up of all males. He is shiny, which makes him pink, so he often gets pissed because he looks like a giant homosexual bat. Zikter doesn't like fighting too much, instead preferring to mess up his opponents by taunting and confusing them. While these tricks work on many, Alkanarem is never fooled by them, leading the Alakazam to usually defeat the Crobat. Zikter never gets over these losses. Zikter kept his name, like Al.

Yura- A wise-cracking Cradily who is always making jokes, funny or not. He tries to make his life worthwhile now that he's been resurrected from a Root Fossil. Yura is one of the few Pokemon to beat both Silk Hat and Crikey in a fight, so it is said that he has a powerful side he usually keeps hidden. While many say Crikey and Silk Hat are the most powerful, there are rumors that Yura is actually the strongest, but Yura usually just laughs it off. Yura prefers to fight defensively, while poisoning his opponents and stalling during battles. Yura, like Al and Zikter, kept his original name.

And Team 2: (almost all of them are shiny, minus Nero and Rexon).

Ding-Dong- A quiet, apathetic Bronzong who seems to dislike fighting. He appears to be unenthusiastic and lazy, but he is an important member of the team. He's called Ding for short, which can sometimes bother him, but not often. He can be rather brave when it's the right time, but most of the time, he just wants to relax. Ding-Dong often complains about battling, but deep down, he likes to battle- however, he only cares if he is battling a truly strong opponent. His original name was Bellamy.

Divine- A friendly, tomboyish Gardevoir, and the lone female of the team. She is outgoing and kind, but she often expresses dislike of her elegant appearance. She often flirts with Cactos to annoy him, but she cares for him deeply- this is because he had found her in the wild before Zee caught her. She's good friends with Charon, and Ding-Dong is a close friend of hers as well. Divine is a strong fighter and likes to fight others to show that she's not just a pretty face. Her original name was Serenthia.

Cactos- A Cacturne that was always a loner. Cactos is distant, cold, and often sarcastic, but he cares for his teammates (but don't tell them that). He HATES losing immensely. He is best friends with Charon, and he secretly has a crush on Gardevoir, but he doesn't want to get close to her, saying that it wouldn't work out. According to some, they have a secret relationship that neither of them ever confirm- but Cactos has hinted he may have met Divine before they were captured. Cactos and Crikey knew each other before they were both caught, and they have fought before. In the last battle, Cactos scarred Crikey, but suffered no serious injuries of his own. Rumor among Zee's Pokemon say that Cactos actually goes easy on his opponents for reason unknown, although Nero has hinted that Cactos has changed a lot from what he had been before. His original name was Noxis.

Charon- A snarky and wild Banette that loves to cause mischief and play pranks. His best friend is Cactos, who is his polar opposite. Charon gets along well with Rexon and Nero, but he doesn't like Ding-Dong too much. He constantly teases Cactos about Divine, which annoys him to no end. But all around, he is a good friend. Cactos has hinted that Charon wasn't always such a trickster, and that he was originally a dark and cruel creature bent on revenge. What changed this is unknown. Charon hasn't revealed his original name yet.

Nero- The leader, a hyperactive Nidoking. Rexon is his best friend, and he is also old friends with Cactos (who often denies it). He and Rexon always come up with crazy schemes of some sort, and they always manage to suck their teammates into them. Nero was one of Zee's original six Pokemon, along with Cactos. Nero is a lot smarter than he looks, and he often reminisces about the old days with Cactos (although apparently, Nero and Cactos didn't always get along so well). His original name was Reokor.

Rexon- A crazy Tyranitar who is almost as hyper as Nero. While he isn't the brightest, he is definitely one of the kindest. He and Nero love making crazy and insane plots that always seem to not turn out as planned. Rexon was actually abandoned as a Larvitar by both his parents and his trainer for being afraid to fight. He was found by Zee in the wild and raised into a Tyranitar. His original name was Carazon. He is out of action right now, as he's raising a son with his mate.

Croyde- A foul mouthed, swearing Shiny Cloyster. Not very kind, but somewhat entertaining. Croyde has many anger issues, and it is rumored that he might have tourettes due to his random outbursts of swearing. It is confirmed that his swearing is caused by his anger of being with Zee. Croyde originally belonged to a trainer named Trent, and together they defeated the Johto Pokemon League. However, Trent later died of an illness, but not before he gave Croyde to Zee. Croyde has been difficult ever since, but after some counciling from Gardevoir, he's become a bit more bearable. He always says Croyde is his original name, to honor Trent's memory, but it was actually Tytagga, not Croyde.

Current Plans:

"Monster"- Like Ding-Dong and Croyde, another Pokemon gets their story told. This time it's Cactos.

And some other stuff that is barely even planned.
