Yup, she still breathes. Yup, Bulla and Broly are still after me about getting that sequel done already. Trust me, they're madder at me than y'all are. Especially Bulla. Girl's been waiting to get some for four years. LOL. I can't tell you what it means that many of you have enjoyed what is published, marking them as favorites, leaving reviews. Thank you. Let's see if I can get my tuckus in gear and reward all that patience.

I'm one of those re-introduced to anime via Cartoon Network's Toonami, which I don't think is a bad thing. Along with falling hard for Toonami staple Dragonball Z, I've become a fan of shows/manga from Fushigi Yugi to Bastard, a few of which have tickled my creative funnybone. I've started with DBZ and Sorcerer Hunter fic, but I'll soon be adding my fictional two cents' worth to other stories. Bwahahahaha. I'm also an aspiring romance author, so beware of emotional mushy stuff and angst in my fic. :) I do try to make it not too sweet.

A note about my fanfic writing in general. It's based on the respective anime/manga. I can't copy characters exactly. They're being filtered through my creative lens. However, I do try to make their actions as in-character as possible. I also try, unless otherwise noted, to have my stories fit within a known timeline. What's important to me here is that whatever happens could have happened. Not necessarily did happen. Case in point, those infamous three years of DBZ lore before the Android Saga. Toriyama-san didn't give us specifics, so it's open to all sorts of probabilites: inventions, trips, etc. Hence why so many stories set within them exist. Also, I tend to pick and choose what I like about various versions of a story and meld them into my own fanfic universe. For example, in Sorcerer Hunters, I prefer Tira's anime hair color to her manga color, so in my fic, her hair's pink. I prefer the English version spellings of DBZ names -- except for Bra -- so he's Vegeta to me (I also worship Chris Sabat's performance, but that's another story). Third, I rate a whole story, not chapter by chapter. I don't think it's fair to get someone reading a fic with a couple of G-rated chapters and then slam them with an R. Comments appreciated; flames ignored.
