Author has written 2 stories for Blue Submarine No. 6. Herein lies a short description of myself from a 3rd person's perspective. Don't ask what came over me when I decided to write it this way :P Homepage: http:// Ticktank is a straight guy in his mid twenties. He is an open-minded atheist who leads a contented life and possesses an odd fascination towards the wonders of science, biology and history. A sucker for post-apocalyptic anime films, puzzle games, horror movies and cute bespectacled girls around his age, Ticktank has devoted much of his teenage and early adulthood years balancing between surviving the meat-grinding education system and fighting internet addiction. His all-time favorite anime shows are Macross/Robotech, Blue Submarine no.6 and Blackjack, the surgeon with the hands of God. Ticktank also enjoys reading books by Stephen King, Frank Herbert, Richard Dawkins & Agatha Christie. Trained in balancing chemical equations and managing money, Ticktank finds fanfic writing an awkward but nonetheless interesting new experience. He has lately become increasingly addicted to fanfic reading, as it gives him valuable insight into the powers of creativity, as well as the contrasting psyches between the 2 genders. Ticktank was once asked to rank a series of actions on a scale from most redundant to most desired, and came up with the following results: Shopping, gossip, courtship, romance, sweet-talk, foreplay, imagined sex, making out, real sex, being allowed to fall asleep right after sex. making him virtually indistinguishable from 90 percent of the straight male population, a revelation that has brought much disappointment to his (fortunately) ever-loving girlfriend. (10.5.2008) Other than a few stories on Blue Submarine No.6, Ticktank currently has no future fanfic writing plans, although much like life itself, things may change. (31.5.2008) Savagely mauled by plot-bunnies, Ticktank has decided to expand on a particular BS6 story into a 8-10 chapter series about Hayami & Mutio, and in turn venture into the icky theme of romance. (15.6.2008) While in the midst of writing up the Hayami & Mutio story (Reunion & Resolution), Ticktank became intrigued by the complexity of BS6's villain Jung Zorndyke, as has decided to work on a long "one-shot" fic on the mad scientist. (14.7.2008) With the final 2 chapters of Reunion & Resolution almost complete, Ticktank has decided to divide his precious writing time among two simultanous projects: The One-shot fic on Zorndyke (meant as a sequel AND prequel to Reunion & Resolution), and another One-shot fic on the hentai (yes!) dating game I played way back in 2003: Kana-Imouto. Advice: Stay the hell away from this haunting game if you're the emotional type. I'm not thankfully, but the game still left a lasting impression on me. (31.7.2008) Started a little web project on Blue Submarine No.6; on the Wordpress blog site. Feel free to drop a comment :) http:// |
