Welcome to my profile. Feel free to call me Kai or Saku. I've been a writer for almost my entire life, and began my journey on this site way back in 2006, when I was 13. I was writing even before I started my first profile here; they were in scribblers and written in script format, so needless to say they weren't great. It took me until I was in my twenties to develop a style I was satisfied with, but even now, I still think I have vast room for improvement. To me, there's no perfect writer, and everyone can stand to use some polishing and improvement on their craft. That's just my opinion - take it with a grain of salt if you so choose.

Most of the things I write contain romance. BL, GL, Hetero, I love it all, with a preference for BL. I have a fondness for Canon x OC pairings and crossovers as well, but I understand those aren't everyone's cup of tea, Canon x OC moreso. I never understood people who read something just to bash it; you can use your time more wisely to read stories you actually enjoy. That being said, constructive criticism isn't the same as outright bashing, or flames, and I welcome it. Every piece of criticism I get I use to improve myself, so if you see something which could use some polishing, don't hesitate to let me know. I won't get mad, and instead thank you.

I'm not a fan of the review reply system on here, so I tend not to reply. But I do read every review I get, and those who like my stories make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. :D I appreciate everyone who's left a review, favorited, or added a story of mine to their alerts; it makes me happy to know people enjoy the things I write.

I enjoy the weird, cracked, and obscure pairings. Sometimes I ship the canon ones (mostly in BL anime), but I enjoy switching things around and pairing characters together who not many have thought about. That's what most of my crossover pairings are, oddities no one else likely thought of. Figuring out how characters would act around each other who may have seldomly interacted before (or at all) is quite fun, at least to me.

I accept commissions, so if you're interested, feel free to send me a message with your ideas and I'll either a) quote you a price or b) politely decline. I'm more inclined to accept Canon x OC and possibly crossover requests over Canon x Canon ones, but you never know unless you ask, right? Just so you know, my base rate is 50 USD per 1000 words; a bit expensive perhaps, but you get what you pay for, and I strive to create quality work.

Occasionally I accept trades, but I'm a bit picky when it comes to these. If you'd like to test your luck, shoot me a message. I tend to ask for either Canon x OC or crossovers for FanFiction trades, so only contact me if you'd be able to do either (or both) of those. But I love doing exchanges with people, so don't be shy!
