I recently saw "Grave Danger" again and this story came to me about what finally made Grissom and Sara decide to be together.

This story came to me after watching the end of the episode "Under the Gun". Specifically Rick reaction to Alexis wanting to learn how to drive.

Time frame is late sixth season. I was not a fan of the whole miniature killer arc. I started to write this to get the happy ending that Grissom, Sara and GSR fans deserved. I never thought that the show's writers would let Grissom retire and go to Sara.
