HI!! I'm Ara (don't worry, not my real name)! I'm totally and completely new at this, so if I do something wrong, ignore it.

So far I have a total of one story up, which I think is not all that good, but it's getting soooooo much better!! It's for Alex Rider, but the reviewers seem to like it... I am also starting a vampire story, but I am going to write most of it before I put it up.

Name: It used to be my villain's name, but I thought it was too cool for her, so I named her Kalen (sounds like Kaylen).

Favorite bands: A Perfect Circle, Blindside (specifically 'Pitiful' which is actually a really catching christian song), Atreyu, Acceptance ('Breathless' because it kind of reminds me of Alex!!), Tool (classic!), Three Days Grace, DC Talk, Newsboys, Jars of Clay, Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Flyleaf, ect, ect. (if I go on, then I'll go on forever. Do you want that? I thought not)

Favorite color combinations: Black and red, burnt red and pale gold, and black and white (creamy white, blank white makes me feel creeped out).

Favorite movies: Monty Python and the Holy Grail (what is your favorite color? Muah ha ha), Twister, Saw I-VI (it's the mind games I like, but a little blood is always fun. Just wait until my story gets into it, you'll see), any good but badly made horror film (Lake Placid, Killer Bees, ect.), Jackie Chan and Jet Li movies. Stuff like that.

Pets: I have about twenty birds (2 red-bellied parrots, 2 parrotlets, and countless cockatiels), but we currently have about 14 babies downstairs, so that brings the total to somewhere in the thirties. We breed them, if you hadn't noticed. Most of them are white faced, but Eddie is cheeked and we just started hand feeding his children, so now we have three cheeked, a latino, and the rest are white faced.

Living Conditions: I live in Nebraska (yes I'm okay with revealing this information on the internet, nebraska is a very large state!! Even though the people are outnumbered by the cows 5 to 1, lets just hope the cows don't grow a brain and decide to take over!!), in a nice house in the south side of my town. My dad works for the University (not telling which one) and I work at Burger King (I QUIT! HA!). Though I do have a question, why is Robert Muchamore (author of CHERUB) so obsessed with Nebraska? There is the Nebraska Home, and James and Dave get 'caught' in Nebraska. He's English right? Not Nebraskan? No? (And yes, for you fellow Americans, Nebraska is in the United States!! Ugh.)

Hobbies: scuba diving (advanced open water and nitrox certified), singing (my friends say I should go on American Idol, but I really don't like that show and would rather not get yelled at for stupid stuff, and I don't think I'm that good), watching tv (fun fun), writing (when I'm in a mood, which happens to be most of the time apperently), glass making (I use a torch and rods to actually make beads, not just string them together(not that there's anything wrong with that, it's actually quite fun)).

I aspire to be a writer, or a singer in the future, and if all else fails I wish to be a psycologist, virologist, storm chaser, or go into the navy. Exciting. (If I did go into the military, then I would be a pilot because that's basically the only place a woman can do much of anything in the military. Which I think is dumb. F all sexist bastards in the government!! Feminist anarchy!!)
