Author has written 6 stories for Buck Rogers.

I have always loved science fiction. I grew up watching Star Trek, granted I had to catch them on re-runs since I was born in '67! I like to write although I don't always have enough time with my "real job" always bugging me! Probably the biggest influence on my writing has been Buck Rogers. I just loved Gil Gerard and how he portrayed Buck. The second biggest influence on me was the miniseries V and the subsequent short-lived series. I loved Juliett Parrish and Mike Donovan and Ham Tyler and of course Diana! It was actually this series that inspired me to write my first book when I was in college in 1985-86. After several complete edits and rewrites, I actually had this book published. It's called Flame of Freedom which is available on Amazon. When the Buck Rogers DVD's came out, I naturally got them and watched them. It is amazing how much this short-lived tv show stuck with me. After going twenty years without watching them, my lead character (Arik Austin) sounds so much like Buck it's scary. He's got the humor, the action, the sex appeal!!! I think it's going to be fun revisiting Buck and writing for him. After all I feel I've been writing for him for years, he just had a different name!
