Thinking Asthmatic: The title was inspired from a lyric in a Childish Gambino song called "Oakland." Overall it is about how people can change without truly changing. Also as the song suggests, it's about that person that only you know so, when that person isn't there it's confusing and you don't know what to do because you don't have anyone else. I chose to do a Boondocks fanfic because recently I have been obsessed with them and I felt Jazmine and Huey could convey the level of understanding between two people without talking. Huey's character is already closed so for someone like Jazmine to become similar to Huey I think that gives them a new level to bond on.
