I started writing to quell a mid-life crisis, just to find out if I could still learn to do something I'd never done before. I tinkered with the B5 universe, but soon created my own characters and situations. Original fiction is in process, but I don't write for any other fandom, since, frankly, I don't watch much of anything else.

I write in spurts of free time, often post-midnight or pre-dawn, between stretches of 12 hour work days in a career that has nothing to do with fiction and everything to do with communication. I still think of myself as a New Yorker though I no longer live within the city limits. I'm a sociable soul with the heart of a hermit, and I rather delight in not being who or what people think I am.

I believe in honest feedback, and the right to ignore it.
