The New York University and New York Institute have been rivals for years. The pranks have finally gotten out of hand, so the administrators have decided to do something about it. To promote inter-college unity, the colleges are instituting a program that will group up troublemakers from both colleges and force them to learn how to coexist peacefully both in and outside of class.
