U-1146 and AE 3803 aren't sure how others will react to their relationship and decide to keep it a secret...much to the amusement of their friends.

U-4989 tries to befriend the erythrocyte AC 4293 he met during the Plasmodium invasion, after she thanked him for protecting her. Unfortunately she, like other erythrocytes, is still afraid of WBCs.

U-1110 shares a few stories with AE 3803 and AC 4293 from when the WBC squad was under his care. Meanwhile U-4989 happens to meet the macrophage, who raised AC and can’t help but be curious about his friend’s childhood.
