I'm about 5' 6", I'm 22 years old, I sometimes go by Garrett, and I'm kinda quiet unless you know me, even on the internet where nobody needs to know who I am. Seriously, I have a really hard time communicating with people I don't know. If I reviewed you, chances are I really liked your story, or at least thought the premise was awesome.

The Genetic Opera, the Rural Alberta Advantage, Straylight Run, Amanda Palmer, the Mountain Goats, chorus class, Haruki Murakami's books, NiGHTS, Dollhouse (any Joss Whedon production, actually), the theme song to Miyazaki's "Castle in the Sky", Theory of Knowledge, bow ties, Soul Calibur, and general nerd stuff.

Dislikes: Um... anything Twilight, heterosexism, cissexism, Nic Cage, Taylor Swift songs, fanfiction where the author is the main character, series that feel the need to pair off all of the characters, how complicated my romantic orientation is, and sweet potato french fries (they're too sweet!).

Oh yeah, and I have a blog now, because I realized that I was using this page as my blog and I said to myself: "Wow, that's really lame. Why don't you start a blog? And also, stop talking to yourself. People are starting to look at you more strangely than usual." So, now I have a blog at this address: http:///. Whether or not I update that blog doesn't really matter, since my maximum number of hits was eight in one day. Come to think of it, don't read that blog. I've also got a tumblr (), which is considerably less glum and which I'm on much more frequently. Or, um, always.

Anyway... I suggest that you DON'T READ ANYTHING I WROTE BEFORE 2010. I'm not going to delete the fics or anything, but reading anything I wrote before 2010 is just not a good choice. The first fic I posted on was one that I wrote when I was in eighth grade! I was only fourteen! And I wasn't one of those child prodigies or anything. I strongly suggest going with something more from the "God with a Crush"/"Everything Happens" era if you're going to read something of mine. Actually, you should definitely read "Everything Happens," because it's my favorite fic that I've posted here and it has the least views. Okay. Done rambling.
