When Hochstetter arrests Hogan, Klink is forced to act. With the war reaching its peak and Hogan facing torture and death, Klink knows he has to become the 'Iron Eagle' again if he wants to save the man he secretly has fallen for since the day they met.

In the first months of the operation, as he was still getting to know his team, Colonel Hogan sometimes underestimated his men. By showing a little faith in all of them, he helped them trust one another and form an exceptional unit. Newkirk's stutter started as an obstacle, but in time he showed Hogan-and himself-that it didn't have to be. UPDATED with Ch 20. Four more to go!

The crash seems to cause an affliction for both human and Time Lord, that is both frustrating and deadly. Staying calm, alive, and together all at once could prove impossible, but they must fight to do so... in captivity, in the dark, with their death warrants already written.

When Hogan was first shot down, he went through a lot. Throughout his time at Stalag 13, he was able to forget, or at least numb, the memories of that time. But, one man brings it all back. For all that he can slap on accents and switch between languages at will, Newkirk is a lousy communicator. It would help if he even understood what he was trying to say, but he doesn't. Not really.
