Hello.

Welcome to the author page of Anastadne, the co-author-name of TimeTurnerForSale (Anastasia, on OWL) (Of Debts and Debt Collection) and Ariadne AWS (A Walking Shadow).

How it all started:

Two authors, in two states, with two computers and a shared realization: "It's April Fool's Day."

And a diabolical plan was born.

Ariadne AWS (sees Truthsayer Challenge in Leaky Cauldron forum on OWL) (pokes TimeTurnerForSale): Hey. Look at that. (points)

TimeTurnerForSale (evil grin spreads on face).

(time passes)

TimeTurnerForSale: No, Ariadne, you cannot give Veritaserum to the readers.

Ariadne (sighs) (shoves keyboard blithely across half a continent): Fine. You start it, then.

TimeTurnerForSale (writes Ariadne into a corner) (shoves keyboard back, knocking out electricity in downtown Denver): Your turn.

Ariadne (grins) (mad typing ensues) (shoves keyboard back)

(many cows look up, confused, seeing keyboard flying overhead)

(lather, confuse cows, repeat)

Then...

Desperate times. Quarter ending in TimeTurnerForSale's numbery job. This involves conference calls. Ariadne is grateful that hers only involves public speaking for nine hours a week. Oh, and marking essays. Lots of essays.

Stereo (groan): It's May.

TimeTurnerForSale (in LJ): I'm stuck on a never-ending conference call! Give me some occupation, or I shall run mad!

AriadneAWS (eyeing the end of a semester with some trepidation): Gladly. (eyes TTFS's icon) (twirls quill) (types line from icon: "... so I grabbed Hermione and threw her down - ") (types some more) (shoves keyboard) (laughs maniacally)

TimeTurnerForSale (grins) (types) (shoves): Tag.

(time passes)

TimeTurnerForSale: I said, "Tag."

Ariadne (looks up from behind hundreds of essays) (essays, quill, and bottle of red ink go flying): Whee!

And tag!fic, the new LiveJournal sport, was born.
