Author has written 2 stories for Fallout.

Edited - 4/13/2018

As of Ch. 5 of No Stranger to Death, my other story is on hiatus. Cain is going to receive my attention, exclusively.

For the purpose of my fan fiction I chose a journal format because, in all honesty, the way I feel the need to express myself varies from day to day. Because of the format varieties there are to work within, I felt that a journal gives me the latitude needed to produce new "chapters" on a regular basis. Looking through my own journal I have entries that are no more than a quote and others that are 3 pages long.

Maybe it is a cop-out for being lazy and undisciplined, but I am ok with that. Right now the criteria I use is how does it flow together and whether I cringe when I re-read what I wrote. My desire is to treat this as a true daily diary and to make postings on a daily basis. Because of this, there will be days that are very short and others that will be very long. At present, I am three days ahead in the writing to posting ratio.

Reviews are always appreciated.

I am enjoying this experience and once I feel it is time to end Cain's experience in the Commonwealth, I am planning on having him travel a bit to places like the Capital Wasteland and quite possibly, the NCR.

Opinion on Location for Fallout 5 -

I think New Orleans would be amazing. The city itself is enormously rich in history and culture and I can just imagine the bayou and the possibilities with that. Mirelurks, alligators, snakes, crazed Cajuns, swamp ferals...

Can you imagine the night time in the bayou?

Or walking down the street and getting attacked by a group of Voodoo Cultists?

Barring that, I would love to see a "Fallout - USA" type of playthrough that links all of the pre-existing spaces with a new engine where part of the start of the game is to select which vault you are starting at and then having you set off on a post apocalyptic road trip. That could also be a means of a segue into a MMORPG where the single player option is there AND you can choose to travel through multi-player zones to get to destinations..

Enough of that - sit back and enjoy the adventures of Cain.

Remember - everything dies if you shoot it in the face.
