Author has written 3 stories for Code Geass, Naruto, and RWBY. I write when I can't find anything better to read, which is - unfortunately for me and fortunately for you - pretty often. As for the types of stories I write, don't expect some super funny story even though I love them myself that's just not my style. Not to say I won't include comedy, just that it won't be the main focus of the stories I write. I like exploring characters' gray sides and bringing out new sides of them that aren't explored in their canon counterparts. This is done through nature and nurture, the setting being the nature and the adventure being the nurture. My hope as a writer is for you the reader to become as invested as I am in these characters, and to understand their story, motives, and goals. To root for them, hate them, love them, cry for them, and all the in-between. To see these characters not just as words written on a page, but an extension of yourselves and someone you can truly call your own. With that being said, I hope you enjoy. Team IGNS is all about exploring what it means to be right, and whether such a thing exists in the first place. Naruto and Sasuke are in a new world, yet face the same old rivalry but under a different set of circumstances. Sage Paths shows what absolute power can do to a person, no matter how good their intentions. Naruto is not infallible, and despite receiving more attention and love than he would have originally, the Rinnegan ensures he will never live a normal life. Both stories show a new side of Naruto, both brought about by new rules and circumstances. He's still the same happy guy with good intentions, but he's not always right. He's still just a human, and it shows when the situation is less than ideal. No matter how much power he gains, no matter how godlike he becomes, he will always be human, just like us. And that's what makes a story, real. Original Summary: Naruto and Sasuke are transported into the same world as both children with amnesia, but their new upbringing could not be any different. Sasuke is raised a Schnee, harboring a sense of vengeance against the White Fang. Naruto is raised by the White Fang's leader himself, and promises to make the Faunus acknowledged. Placed onto the same team at Beacon, how will their fate collide? Current Summary: A former White Fang member, Schnee Heir, and 15 year old prodigy from Vacuo are placed into a three man cell under an experienced hunter in Beacon. Gaara and Itachi are shinobi, while Naruto and Sasuke must somehow regain their memories. How will their fate collide, and what does this mean for the world of Remnant? All that is for sure, is that Team IGNS will go down in history. Clarification for people who might be a little confused about the first couple chapters of Sage Paths: In this AU, Mokuton is a Yin-Yang Release technique. Hashirama is able to perform it because he has both the chakra of Asura and Indra, although he obviously has more of Asura's being his trans-migrant. When he first used his Mokuton, he was using the Earth and Water chakra embedded in the Earth as a sort of crutch, and because most of what's needed to create trees is already there, he only needs to use a bit of Yin Release to create trees as opposed to making them appear out of nowhere. He's never been in a situation where he couldn't rely on this fact, and so never learned the true nature of Mokuton. At least, until Madara and the Kyuubi forced him to draw on his Uchiha side, simultaneously exposing the true nature of Mokuton as a Yin-Yang Release and awakening his Rinnegan from the complete combination of Asura and Indra's chakra. Hopefully that clears things up for some people. It will be discussed more in depth in future chapters, but for now the explanation here will do. |
