Harry Potter: deep breath... Hermoine/Lupin, Lupin/Snape, Ginny/Lupin, Snape/Lupin/Sirius love triangle, Lupin/Lily. As long as it has Lupin in it and Tonks gets shafted, I like pretty much anything.

Firefly: Mal/Inara, sometimes, but mostly Mal/River

X Men: A lot of pairings: Magneto/Xavier, Magneto/Rogue, Rogue/Wolverine, Magneto/Mystique

Angel: Wesley/Illyria, though I have a soft spot for Wesley/Lilah

Discworld: Esme and Ridcully. That's so cute.
