A funeral builds a bridge

Set in 1982 and 2005 Alvin finds out about the past misadventures of the old resident in his house, Compo, and his friends.

Certain events lead to Glenda being sent to a psych ward. What happens while she's there and how will she and Barry cope with it when she gets out? What happens when she discovers that the last person she expected to have anything in common with is just like her? Prologue up.

Although Auntie Wainwright worked very hard to project the image of a greedy, mean, conniving and heartless old lady, perhaps she may not have started out that way.
