After being exposed to gamma rays by a jealous coworker, Emma Santos gains the ability to transform into the She-Hulk under extreme emotional stress. While on the run, she meets David Banner, and the two form a special bond. Will they be able to find a cure for their conditions?

David Banner is, as always, on the run and trying to do what he can to find a Hulk cure. But all that may change, at least for a while, when he meets a familiar face from his past that will lead to some very unexpected discoveries...

A missing scene from 'The First, Part II.' David finds out from Elizabeth what happened after his creature made an appearance in the lab, and how this will impact his ability to cure his unique 'affliction.' I've tried to make this understandable even if the reader isn't intimately familiar with the episode.

Will an appearance by the creature force him to move on before he's ready? Comes sometime after 'Mystery Man,' but well before 'Homecoming.' Despite the title, doesn't tie into the episode 'Equinox.' Rated T just to be safe.
