This story follows on where '21 Guns' ended. Quinn and Rob are on mission in Syria- its a risky deployment as the two men find themselves alone with no idea who they can trust and who has already betrayed them. On top of this Quinn is still from being on top form given his horrific injuries sustained less than six months ago- they have to trust each other and hope they survive.

In this world no season five has yet taken place- it may never take place at all... Anyway Quinn is on mission in Syria- Carrie is drifting along at Langley full of regret for missing him... Will they be able to come back together or is too much damage already done?

Sept 2017 - No one is more surprised than me to feel the rest of this story playing out. Set Post 6.12, AU. What if Quinn was as resourceful as we all know he can be? And he had called in a favor just before heading to NYC with Carrie? I set my mind to figuring a way out of CF 6.12, and this fell into my head on Easter Sunday - the feast of the resurrection.

Five years after the events of season 6 finale, Carrie seems to have it all - new life, new home, Franny happily living with her, new friends. But, some years ago, she made a choice. And now, the horrific secret she has been keeping and the double life she has led, are threatening to claim all she holds dear.

Based on last episode of Homeland, season 6. Second chapter is a wish fulfilment.

Je sais que c'est Carrie et qu'elle est égocentrique et égoïste mais ça m'a quand même dérangée.
