It's bingo night at the old retirement apartment complex and someone has a couple of unwanted visitors in their room when they come back.

Reggie is new in the neighborhood. He enjoys his neighbor, Pete Malloy...but his neighbor Elmer is a bit odd.

Malloy is in charge of Shop with a cop. It turns out very good, but a few things do go wrong.
