So welcome to the epilogue for Skilene Holidays. I hope you liked this story. I think some of the waiting times must've been pretty annoying, though. The reason why it was on certain US holidays is because the show is in New York. Therefore, US holidays.

So I wrote this during my slump. While I was writing Book 8 of In Our World, I ran into a creative slump. So therefore, this story and a few others came to be. I'm glad I finally got out of my creative slump. It's hard to do that. Any writer will surely tell you the same.

Unfortunately, as I have said before, I'm back in a slump. I have some stories ready to go, but they either require more work or some other stuff before they can be published. When this all happens, if you have it set up, you should get an alert sent to your email about a new story. Now that I've established that, let me get into the story behind the story.

So I actually had three different versions of this story. Not kidding, I made three distinct plot lines. One with Emily, one with the Pengotters, and this one. Everything was the same up to Chapter 2. That's when my plot lines diverted. If you want, though, I'll publish the other story lines. Not on holidays again, but in one batch. Let me know.

So I had everything up to July 4th planned out, in this version. I had everything general plot-wise. After that, it just came out of my head. Yep, Pengotters included. However, I was always going to include a chapter with Blowhole.
