Here's a treat for you guys. I hope you enjoy it.

For Patrick & Sabrina. For Gabriel.

~Epilogue~

Sabrina walked into her home after a long day at work. She sighed tiredly as she walked pass the living room to see her kids toys all over. Whenever her husband watched the kids, it seemed like the house always turned upside down. "Patrick." She called out but there was no answer. She went upstairs and heard giggles as she neared Emma's room. "Oh the places you'll go!" She heard Patrick say as he read the kids current favorite bedtime story. She walked up to the door quietly and leaned on the doorframe as she watched and listened. "There is fun to be done! There are points to be scored. There are games to be won. And the magical things you can do with that ball will make you the winning-est winner of all." Patrick said in a silly voice that made the kids giggle. Sabrina smiled. She and Patrick had been married for 3 years and things couldn't be any better. When they came back from their honeymoon, Patrick surprised Sabrina and the kids with a brand new home. Emma was now in the fourth grade and her parents couldn't believe how fast she was growing up. Sabrina and Robin were able to form a cordial relationship for Emma's sake. Emma stayed with her mother every other week and their relationship grew stronger. Sophie and Samuel were 3 years old and were a handful for their parents. Not only were they walking steadily, they were exploring any and everything they could get their hands on. The twins especially adored their older sister Emma and couldn't wait for her to home after school to play or talk to her about their adventures that day. The feeling was mutual as Emma was very protective and loving towards her siblings. "Mommy!" the kids cried out when they finally looked up and saw her. Patrick smiled lovingly as he saw his wife. "Hola a mis hijos. I missed you all so much today." She said as she embraced them. "We miss you too mommy." Sophie replied back. "Why don't we let daddy finish the story so you guys can go to bed?" She said as she settled on the bed with them. The family sat back as Patrick finished the bedtime story. Soon they were all asleep. Sabrina and Patrick kissed Emma goodnight before carrying the twins to their bedroom. They tucked them in, turned on the night light and left the room. "I've got you to myself now." Patrick said in a husky tone as he drew Sabrina into his arms. He kissed her like he hadn't seen her days even though they saw each other this morning. Sabrina wrapped her arms around his neck and parted her mouth to allow his tongue access. She moaned into the kiss as Patrick pushed her against the wall. The need for air was rising so Sabrina pulled back slightly as Patrick left tiny kisses on her lips. "Are you trying to distract me from the mess you and the kids left downstairs Dr. Drake?" Sabrina asked breathlessly as she ran her hands on her husband's face and hair. He smirked at her as he leaned down to kiss her again. "Maybe." He answered her as he trailed kisses from her cheek to her ear lobe. Sabrina sighed and held onto him tightly to keep herself steady. "Or maybe I just missed my wife and this is my way of showing her just how much." He whispered into her ear. Sabrina felt her insides clench in pleasure as she felt Patrick's hot breath against her skin. "I missed you too Patrick." Sabrina replied back. Patrick pulled back once more to look at her. His hands slid down to her expanding waist. Patrick immediately felt movement from her belly and he smiled in delight. "Daddy didn't forget about you buddy. I missed you too." He said to Sabrina's stomach causing kicks to erupt from their son. Sabrina winced. "Not so hard sweetheart." Sabrina whispered. Patrick could see how tired Sabrina was. He led her to their bedroom. "How was your day?" He asked her. "It was ok just tiring with this big belly. I'm officially on maternity leave which I am so thankful for. I am so ready to have our son." Sabrina said as she lay down on their bed. Patrick sat next to her and took off her shoes. "You're doing great and in two months we'll be meeting our son." Patrick said as he began massaging Sabrina's feet. She sighed happily at how good it felt. "I know and I can't wait. What about you? How was your day with the kids?" Sabrina asked tiredly. Patrick smiled just thinking about them. "I had so much fun with them. I learn something new about our kids every day. And don't worry; I'll clean up the mess in the living room. " Patrick leaned over and kissed his wife on the forehead. "Don't take too long." Sabrina whispered tiredly. "I won't. Get some rest, I'll be up soon." He said back. By the time Patrick finished cleaning and locking up, Sabrina was sleeping peacefully. Patrick smiled happily at her and pulled the covers over her. He changed into his pajamas and slid next to his wife. He wrapped his arms around her waist and she responded by leaning into him. "I love you." He whispered. "Love you too." She whispered back.

"Mommy." Sabrina heard a voice say. "Mommy." She heard again. Sabrina was pulled out her slumber as she felt her kids on her and Patrick's bed. She knew that the kids were excited about their father's surprise birthday celebration later. "I wonder who could be waking me from my peaceful sleep." She said in a sing song voice with her eyes still closed. They giggled in response. Sabrina's eyes flew open as she pulled them towards her and attacked them with tickles. Patrick walked out of the bathroom to a room filled with the laughter of his loved ones. He felt so blessed to be able to have another birthday with his family by his side. "Daddy help us!" Samuel shrieked while trying to contain his laughter. As Patrick went to grab Samuel, Sabrina pulled Patrick next to her. "Get daddy!" Sabrina announced to the kids which they happily obliged. They pounced on him and started tickling him. "Someone get these kids off me, my own children attacking me." Patrick shouted in amusement. Laughter erupted throughout the house. "Ok guys, we're going to make daddy late for work." Sabrina chimed in. "We'll miss you daddy." Samuel said smiling. Patrick looked at his kids faces and smiled. "I'll miss you all more." He said peppering their faces with kisses. They giggled as Patrick gathered them all in his arms. "I'll see you guys later. Take care of mommy and your little brother." He stated to them. "We really need to pick a name for him already." Emma said matter-of-factly. Patrick glanced at Sabrina who shrugged in response. "You're right Ems and we will." Patrick answered in response. He kissed them once again and stood up. Patrick went around and leaned down to kiss Sabrina. "I'll see you later babe. I love you." Sabrina smiled. "We love you too." She said back. He ran his hand against her belly to feel their son before he left. As soon as the kids heard the door close, the kids turned to her. "Operation Daddy's Surprise Birthday party finally begins." Emma said while Samuel and Sophie shook their heads. Sabrina smiled and nodded in agreement.

After doing two long surgeries, Patrick was ready to go home. Even though almost everyone forgot, Patrick wanted to spend his birthday with Sabrina and the kids. As he pulled into his driveway, he saw Felix and Elizabeth's car. He remembered Elizabeth and Felix saying something about a playdate with the kids. Patrick walked into his house and found that it was dark. "Sabrina." He called out as he flicked on the lights. "Surprise!" He smiled in surprise as he saw his family and friends appear as lights came on. "Happy Birthday Daddy!" He heard his kids say. "Wow! Thank you guys!" Patrick said as he kneeled down to the level of his kids. They hugged him. "Are you surprised? We planned it with Mommy. Uncle Felix and Aunt Elizabeth helped." They all spoke at once in excitement. Patrick chuckled in amusement. He looked at his wife and friends before answering. "I am very surprised. I thought you guys forgot." Patrick stated. "We only made you think we did daddy. We could never forget your birthday." Emma said. "We love you daddy." Sophie smiled and Samuel nodded in agreement. Patrick's eyes formed with tears as he listened to his kids. "I love you guys more." He said hugging them.

The party went off without any problems and Patrick was beyond happy. Sabrina held a small celebration in their back yard for him. There were kids running around everywhere and squeals of laughter could be heard all around. Patrick looked up from a conversation he was having with Elizabeth and Felix when he saw Sabrina head inside the house. He excused himself and followed her. "Hey birthday boy." She greeted as he came into the kitchen. "Hey yourself Mrs. Drake. Thank you so much for pulling this off." Sabrina glanced at her kids in the backyard with her brothers. "It was the kid's idea. They came up with the entire plan. I just helped along the way." Sabrina stated. Patrick came towards and pulled her into his arms. He leaned down to kiss her soundly on her lips. Sabrina melted against him as their kiss deepened. He pulled back and whispered against her lips "It has been a very happy birthday." He teased causing Sabrina to giggle in response. "I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. You deserve it and more." She said as she leaned up to give him a peck on the lips. Later on that evening, everyone stood around Patrick as he sat in front of his lit birthday cake. His kids sat on his lap as everyone sung 'Happy Birthday'. Emma, Samuel and Sophie helped Patrick blow out the candles. Just when Patrick thought he couldn't be overjoyed anymore, his kids presented him with a giant mug. The mug had each child's fingerprint painted on it with different colors and just below the rim of the mug; it read 'Best Dad Ever'. He swallowed up that choked up feeling he felt as he held the mug in his hands. Besides Sabrina, Patrick loved his children beyond reason. "What do you think daddy? Do you like it?" Sophie asked as her older sister and brother also waited for a response. "Like it? I love it. Besides you guys, this is the best gift I've ever received." Patrick said as he kissed them. Sophie giggled as Patrick left a wet kiss on her cheek. "You said that on your last birthday." She said. Patrick chuckled and said "That's because anything you guys give me means the world to me and I love the thought you guys put in this. Thank you so much." He said to them.

Later that night, Patrick and Sabrina were looking through the pictures of the birthday party on the camera. "I had such an awesome birthday and even though you told me that it was the kid's idea, I know you had a big part in it and I appreciate you and our kids. I love you. You guys are the best gifts I can ever have." Patrick stated with a smile. "I love you too. Happy Birthday again Patrick." Sabrina said as she leaned over and kissed her husband. Patrick pulled away from her lips and trailed kisses down her neck to her growing belly. Sabrina laughed. "Shhhh, you'll wake the kid's woman." He said in amusement. He slid down so he was level with her belly. Beneath his fingers, he could feel their son kick. "You have no idea what an awesome family you're coming into buddy. "You have two awesome sisters and an older brother who adores you. We cannot wait to meet you son." Sabrina sighed happily and she ran her hands lovingly through Patrick's hair as he talked to their son. She enjoyed listening in these little talks he had with him. "Patrick, we seriously need to start looking for a name for him. You should've heard the names the kids came up with." Sabrina said. Patrick chuckled as he placed kisses all over her belly. "I believe that his name will come to us as soon as we see him." Patrick stated.

The following night, Sabrina and Patrick was getting ready for their dinner date for two at Lucy's new restaurant at Deception. It was Sabrina's treat to him for his birthday. Patrick watched as Sabrina smoothed out her dress. Her pregnant belly hugged around the dress. Her hair was down past her shoulders in loose curls with light makeup on her face. He hugged her from behind. "I have the most beautiful wife ever." Patrick whispered in her ear. Sabrina blushed. "Thank you Patrick." She smiled and she turned around to face him and wrapped her arms around his neck. "Are you ready for our night out?" She asked. "Yes I am. And after our dinner, we should get a room at the Metro Court for a night cap." Patrick suggested as he wiggled his eyebrows playfully. Sabrina reached up and kissed Patrick passionately. He groaned when Sabrina bit down on his lower lip gently. When they pulled apart, their faces were still inches apart and their breaths were hot against each other. "Let's see where the night takes us Dr. Drake." Sabrina said seductively. She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss before stepping out of his arms and leaving Patrick wanting with desire for his wife. Sabrina and Patrick said goodbye to the kids and thanked Michael and Morgan once again for agreeing to watch them.

"You know I was thinking, after this little guy is born and he's a little older, we should take a family trip somewhere. Maybe we can go somewhere romantic for us and then stop by Disney World for the kids." Patrick suggested as they drove to the restaurant. "That sounds like a plan. I can't wait." Sabrina said happily. Patrick glanced at her lovingly while trying to keep his eyes on the road. "What Patrick?" Sabrina asked. "You make me so happy. I hope you know that." He answered her. She smiled and leaned over to kiss him on the cheek. "Ditto." She whispered his ear. Suddenly, there was a bright light shining into their car as a car from the other direction swerved into their lane. The last thing Sabrina remembered was Patrick's arm moving to shield her belly from the collision.

Sabrina's eyes were very heavy as she fought to open them. She knew immediately that she was in the hospital as the bright light shined into her eyes. She looked around the room and saw Elizabeth writing some notes into the chart. "Liz." she whispered. Elizabeth immediately looked up when she heard her name. "Thank God. You're awake." She said with a smile. "What happened?" Sabrina asked. "You and Patrick were in a car an accident. Ava Jerome was trying to escape police custody when she lost control and swerved into you and Patrick's lane. "Is Patrick ok?" Her hands flew to her belly and knew her baby wasn't there. "Oh my God, where's my son Elizabeth?" Sabrina asked hysterically. Elizabeth flew to her side immediately and held her down firmly. "They're fine Sabrina." She said firmly. Sabrina brushed the tears out of her face as she took deep breaths to calm down. "Your son is down the hall in the NICU. You had an emergency C-section so that we could save both you and the baby. Although he's early, he's doing fine. Felix and Epiphany are looking out for the little guy. Emma and the twins have seen him and they can't wait until they could play with their little brother." Elizabeth explained. Sabrina laughed at the last line. Of course her kids couldn't wait to meet their little brother. "I need to see him Elizabeth." Sabrina said strongly. Elizabeth nodded. "Let's get you checked out by the doctor first and then I can take you up there." Elizabeth said. Sabrina nodded. Within the next half hour, Elizabeth wheeled Sabrina to the NICU where her son was being kept. Felix looked up from the inside and smiled when he saw her. He came out and leaned down to hug her. "I'm glad to see that you're ok Bri." Felix stated. "Thanks Fe. How's our son doing?" Sabrina asked. "Why don't you come see for yourself." Felix suggested. Sabrina placed a protective gown on before going inside. She immediately saw the 'baby Drake' name tag. Felix went to pick up the baby to place him in his mother's arms. Sabrina cried when she locked eyes with her son. "You're safe my sweet baby boy. Mommy loves you so much." Sabrina said. She continued to marvel at her son, who like Samuel, was the spitting image of their father. "Has Patrick seen him yet? I'm sure he's bragging already about how our son resembles him." Sabrina said without looking up. She missed the looks that Elizabeth and Felix shared when she mentioned Patrick. "Guys, did you hear me? Has Patrick seen our son yet?" She said finally looking up at them. "Bri, we have to tell you something." Felix began. Tears immediately welled up in her eyes as she thought the worst. She began shaking her head. "Elizabeth said both Patrick and the baby were fine." Sabrina said in a panicked tone. "And they are Sabrina." Elizabeth said. "Then where is he. Where is Patrick?" Sabrina asked. "Patrick is stable Bri but he's in a coma. He sustained a head injury and there was some swelling. The doctor had to put him in a medically induced coma so that he can heal but he hasn't woken up yet." Felix explained. "How long has it been?" It's been three days." Felix answered. She leaned down to kiss her son who had fallen asleep in her arms. "Please take him Felix. I need to go see Patrick." She stated. Felix nodded.

As Sabrina wheeled into her husband's room, the tears immediately pooled in her eyes as she looked at him. Patrick, who is vibrant and full of life, now laid eyes closed with a bandage wrapped around his head. Her Patrick that was just as much a child when he was with their kids was motionless. There were bruises and scars on his face but she still found him as handsome as ever. "This can't be happening." Sabrina whispered. "I know it looks bad but we have to have faith that he will get through this." Elizabeth said. Sabrina nodded as she wiped away her tears. She wheeled closer to his bed and grabbed his hand. "Patrick." She whispered tearfully. But he didn't wake up. Sabrina placed her head down on his bed and cried as she held onto her husband's hand. "Please come back to me." She said repetitively.

Several days went by and Sabrina was up and walking around. She had been discharged home which her kids at home were happy about. But they also knew something was wrong when their father didn't come home with her. The twins were confused when Sabrina explained that their father was in a deep sleep because he was hurt and needed rest. Sophie thought that Sabrina needed to kiss him like in the princess movies so that he would wake up. She wished it was that simple. Emma took it the hardest because she couldn't be fooled. She knew that her father was not ok. Robin and Sabrina worked together to keep her from seeing her father in the state that he was in and it worked for a while until Emma demanded that Robin take her to see her father because she would find a way. "Please mommy." She begged. Robin caved. They found Sabrina and Felix talking outside. "Sabrina!" Emma said running into her arms. "I want to see daddy please. I have to see him." Emma cried into her neck. Sabrina held onto her as she looked at Robin who nodded silently in agreement. Sabrina pulled back and smiled at Emma as she wiped her tears. "Ok sweetheart. Your dad is going to be so happy that you're here." Sabrina said. She led the little girl in the room and she felt Emma's hand tighten as she saw her father for the first time. "It's ok sweetie." Robin said. "Patrick our little girl is here to see you." Sabrina said as she placed Emma on the bed next to her father. "We couldn't keep her from you any longer." Sabrina said trying to encourage Emma to talk but she was frozen. "Emma it's ok to talk to him sweetie. He can hear us. Say whatever you want to say to your dad." Robin encouraged. But she still stayed quiet. Sabrina and Robin looked at each other again and had a silent conversation. Maybe it was too soon for her to see him like this. Sabrina was about to suggest that they go see her baby brother when she started talking. "It's me and you forever remember daddy. That's what you always say to me. Please don't leave us daddy. Please don't leave me." Emma said as she threw herself onto Patrick's chest and cried. Sabrina and Robin couldn't help crying themselves as they watched Emma cry for her father. When she calmed down, Emma updated Patrick on herself and the twins. "They miss you so much dad so please wake up." Emma said. Soon it was time for Emma to leave. "When is my baby brother coming home" she asked Sabrina. "The doctors told me tomorrow Ems. He's coming home tomorrow." Sabrina answered. "Did you pick out a name for him yet?" Emma asked. Sabrina shook her head. "I think we should wait for daddy to wake up so we can figure it out." Sabrina said. Emma turned to look at her father before looking at Sabrina again. "What if he never wakes up?" She whispered. Sabrina felt her heart squeeze as the thought entered her mind. A world without Patrick was almost unbearable to think of but she couldn't help it now. Felix intervened as Sabrina couldn't answer. "We have to stay positive and send good vibes to your dad. That's the only way that he'll get better Emma." He said. She contemplated his answer and smiled. "You're right Felix. He will make it through this." She said. She kissed her father good bye and left with Robin. Sabrina went to sit where Emma sat and grabbed Patrick's hand. She lifted it to her face and imagined him doing it himself as he's always done.

~Sabrina awoke to Patrick hands tracing her face almost like he was trying to memorize every detail of it. "Good morning Mrs. Drake." He whispered to her as he continued tracing her face with his index finger. "Morning Mr. Drake." She said blissfully. "You look well rested." Patrick stated with a smirk. She blushed. "Well after last night, I needed the extra hours of beauty sleep." Sabrina said as she turned to her side away from teasing husband causing him to laugh. "What you did last night was unexpected Sabrina. I rather enjoyed myself." He said as he trailed kisses down her bare back up to her neck. Sabrina fought the urge that was stirring in her as he kissed her. "Patrick don't start. We haven't left the villa since we got to Greece. I'm surprised they haven't checked to see if we're dead or alive in here. We have to go sightseeing." Sabrina said in a breathy tone. Patrick lifted the sheet off her and said "What a beautiful sight we have here." Sabrina laughed and pulled the sheet over her and tried to run out of bed but Patrick grabbed onto her and flipped them so that he was top of her. "Don't worry; we'll go sightseeing soon enough." He teasingly said as he began touching her face once again. "But if it was up to me, we would stay in bed until we left Greece." Patrick stated as he began kissing Sabrina again. She sighed and she wrapped her arms around him. "What would you tell our family and friends when we got home then?" she asked. "I would tell them that I took in the sights very well if you know what I mean." Patrick said suggestively as he winked at her. She laughed again while hitting him with the pillow. They laughed as he tried to dodge Sabrina's playful hits. He was able to get the pillow away from her. As they calmed down, Sabrina said "What am I going to do with you Mr. Drake?" He brushed a stray hair off her face and leaned down to kiss her but not before saying "You're going to love me until the end of time Mrs. Drake." He said with a smile. ~

"I love you until the end of time Patrick Drake." Sabrina whispered in her husband's ear as she wrapped herself around him.

The following day was bittersweet for Sabrina because her baby boy was finally coming home but Patrick was still in the coma. It had been a week but it felt like forever for her. Sabrina was sitting holding their son while waiting for the discharge papers. Baby Drake was the spitting image of Patrick and Samuel but he had Sabrina's eyes and curly black hair. He truly was beautiful. "I'm so happy that you're finally coming home baby. You have so many people waiting for you including your brother and sisters. The child looked at her quietly as she continued talking. "There is someone who was just as excited to meet you but he got hurt. Your dad couldn't wait to meet you. He loved you from the moment I told him about you.

~Sabrina felt Patrick's arms snake around her waist as she finished cleaning up the dishes. "What's wrong baby?" He asked her. She turned around and faced him. He knew her too well and knew she couldn't hide anything from him. She'd been on edge for a couple of days and Patrick waited for her to come to him with whatever it was but she never did. "There's something I need to tell you but I don't know how you'll take it." Sabrina answered back, looking down at her feet. Patrick caressed her face in his hand and lifted her face so their eyes finally met. "You should know by now that you can tell me anything. Whatever it is, we will get through it as long as we have each other." He said to her. Sabrina nodded and took a deep breath. She took Patrick's other hand and placed it on her flat belly. "I'm pregnant." She finally said. Patrick smiled brightly and placed his other hand on her stomach. "Seriously, we're having another baby?" He asked happily. She nodded her head. He frowned. "Did you think I wouldn't happy about this? Do you want another baby?" He asked her. "I do but you and I haven't discussed having another baby and after what happened with the twins, I didn't know how you would feel about it." Sabrina revealed. Patrick held her face in his hands again. "I'm having another baby with the love of my life again. How do you think I feel? I can't wait for us to meet our son." Patrick said smiling. Sabrina relaxed against him. "A son huh?" Sabrina said. "Yes Samuel and I need another boy on our team." He said circling his arms around her waist again. "What if it's a girl?" Sabrina asked. "Well then, think about all the fun we'll have trying for another kid after this one is born." Patrick said before leaning down and muffling Sabrina's laugh with a kiss. ~

Tears streamed down her face as she thought about that day. Sabrina lifted her son in her arms and headed to Patrick's room. As she entered the room, she couldn't believe that they wouldn't all be leaving together as a family. Sabrina walked over to the bed with their son in her arms and sat next to him. "I can't imagine going home without you but I know that you would want me to take our son home to the rest of our kids. But I didn't want to leave before introducing him to his dad." Sabrina took Patrick's hand and placed it gently on the baby. "This is our son Patrick. He still doesn't have a name yet because I want you here with us when we do." Sabrina said brokenly with tears running down her face. "I'm not giving up on you Patrick Drake, not for one second. Please come back to our family. Please come back to me." She stated. She stood up and leaned down to kiss Patrick on his temple. "We love you so much Patrick." Sabrina whispered into his ear. She grasped his hand and kissed the back of it. She was about to let go and leave when she felt a slight grip onto her hands causing Sabrina to gasp in surprise. "Patrick?" She said tentatively. The grip became stronger and she saw his eyes fluttering to open. "Patrick!" Sabrina said louder this time. And finally, he opened his eyes and locked eyes with her. She smiled brightly. "You're awake! You came back to me!" Sabrina exclaimed with joy. Patrick was disoriented but he couldn't help but crack a smile when he saw how happy his wife was. He wanted to say something to her. He cleared his throat and managed to whisper "I love you guys too." He said as his eyes landed on their sleeping son in her arms.

The doctor came in and examined Patrick. But he was anxious to have Sabrina back in the room. He recalled that they were in an accident. "There are no deficits from the coma Dr. Drake but you'll have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days." The doctor declared. "I need to be home with my family Mike. I've lost almost two weeks of my life." Patrick stated. "Patrick, you're a doctor. Even though you feel fine, you experienced a trauma. You need to recuperate and continue to get stronger." Elizabeth said. "I need to see my wife and son." Patrick said. "Ok." She said as she left. "Take it easy Drake. I'll see you later." The doctor said. "Thanks Mike." Patrick said. Soon after, Sabrina walked in. She smiled brightly at him and he smiled back at her. She rushed into his waiting arms as they held each other. Patrick held onto her tightly, eager to reassure her that he was ok. Sabrina finally pulled back to look at him. "It's really you. You came back to us." Sabrina said happily. He brushed away her tears with his thumbs and kissed her. "It's really me baby. I'm sorry you and our kids had to go through that." Patrick said. "It was horrible but you're back and that's all that matters." Sabrina said. She held onto him, scared that this was all a dream. "Where is our son? Is he ok?" He asked worriedly. "He's fine. He's perfect. I took him back to his crib. Elizabeth went to go get him" Sabrina said. Patrick intertwined their hands and looked lost in thought. "You ok?" Sabrina asked. "I just can't believe I was in a coma. You were alone again while giving birth. Our kids must be so confused and Emma…I heard her cry for me." Patrick stated. "Hey, what happened was horrible and I know it wasn't what we planned but the most important thing is that you are awake. You're alive and our son is alive and our kids are safe." Sabrina said. Her lips trembled. "I could've lost you but I didn't. We will get through this as long as we have each other right?" Sabrina said. Patrick placed a kiss on her forehead and leaned his forehead on hers. "Right." He whispered. Suddenly the door opened and Elizabeth came in with the baby. Patrick smiled. "Would you like to hold your son" She asked. He nodded. Elizabeth carefully placed the baby in his arms and his eyes filled with tears. The baby looked back his father. "He has your eyes." He said to Sabrina who was all smiles while watching father and son meet for the first time. "I know but he still resembles you and Samuel. He's beautiful." Sabrina said lovingly. "He is and I know the perfect name for him." Patrick said as he looked up at him wife with a knowing smile.

After spending a couple of days more at the hospital, Patrick was finally able to come home. Emma and the twins were so excited to hear that their father had finally woken up. They painted pictures and hung them all around the house as they prepared for his arrival. They made a 'Welcome Home' banner and received help from their uncles to hang it up. "Ok guys, I think your mom and dad are here." Noah announced as he fed the baby his bottle. The kids heard the keys rattle in the doorway and in walked Sabrina and Patrick. "Daddy!" The kids exclaimed happily. He bent down to their level as they all rushed into his arms. "We missed you so much daddy. We love you daddy. Don't ever leave us again." He heard them say. "I missed you guys too; more than you will ever know. I love you all so much." He said as he kissed them. "Are you really ok daddy?" Sophie asked. "I really am sweetheart." Patrick said as he got up from the floor. He embraced his dad and kissed his infant son. "Mommy and I have a surprise for you guys." Patrick said to them. "Please tell me it's a name for our brother." Emma said. He smirked at her. "As a matter of fact Ems, we do have a name for him." Patrick said. He took his son from his dad and sat on the couch as the other kids gathered around them. "What's his name daddy?" Samuel asked. Sabrina joined them and waited for Patrick to reveal their son's name. "What do you guys think about Gabriel Santiago Drake?" He finally said. "Gabriel." Emma said testing it out. "Gabe." The twins said in unison. "I like it. He looks like a Gabriel." Emma stated. "Like the angel Gabriel." Sophie said. "Yes just like the angel and he does look like a Gabriel." Patrick said. "Well I'm sure little Gabriel is happy to have you home with us daddy." Emma said. Patrick looked at his wife, kids and dad. "It's good to be home with you all as well." He said with a smile.
