Chapter One Akito Hayama

Words were said, and war raged on.

Her words were powerful, and hurtful.

My eyes showed no emotion, but my heart was hurting.

She started to throw plates at me, yelling.

It was hard to dodge them all, because she had good aim.

"Leave! Nobody wants you here, you devil!" She yelled, crying.

"Whatever." I said, walking away.

I opened the door, and disappeared into the night.

When I reached the park, tears were in my eyes.

I blinked them away, and tried to push away the pain.

I walked towards the bench, tired from walking.

I closed my eyes, thinking deep in my soul.

"I miss you Mom." I thought, a tear rolling down my face.

And I let it go.

Tear after tear, my sobs grew stronger.

"Why did you have to die, Mom? " I thought.

I wrapped my arms around my legs, burying my face in my legs.

I rocked myself, like how Mom did.

When I felt a little better, I stood up.

And I look to the heavens.

" I love you Mom." I whispered, letting one last tear fall.

Then, like the wind, I vanished.

I quietly shut the door, not wanting to wake anybody.

I took off my shoes, and went up to my room.

I collapsed on my bed, landing face first.

As sleep start to take me over, I close my eyes.

One thought was left unsaid, which I need to say.

"Goodnight Mom. I love you." I whispered, before I fell asleep.

And instantly, I fell asleep.

With a smile.

Me: Did you like it?

Sana: Awww… So sweet…

Akito: (blushing) Why did you have to embarrass me?

Me: Because I can.

Sana: Please review and favorite Joy-chan's story!

Me: Thanks for reading, everyone!
