Yay, an update to this, finally! To answer a guest that asked me about which queen and which king I'm writing about—Neo Queen Serenity and Chibi-Usa, and King Vegeta, Prince Vegeta and Prince Trunks. They're ALL in this one, the only one missing is Queen Serenity, Usagi's mother.

Now, without further ado, I present to you a LITTLE bit of smut… and a LOT of plot.

Ami sighed at the sensation of fingertips lightly trailing down her spine, past the hem of her nightgown, pushing the cloth up and the cotton of her panties to the side to stroke her intimately, and she tried like hell to stay asleep just a little while longer to enjoy it. If I wake up, it'll end… he'll be gone again… gods, I don't want him to go… why hasn't he found me yet…?

She let out another little sigh of pleasure as that skilled finger began to pump inside of her slowly, making her wriggle between the sheets, drawing wave after wave of sweet ecstasy out of her body. "Nappa…"

"Even dreaming, you know it's me, r'sha," she heard his voice breathe into her ear. "And I need you right now… gods, I need you so badly. Four days of fighting my way here has seemed an eternity."

"Yes… please," she whimpered, arching backwards into him the moment she felt her nightgown being slid up and over her hips, her panties drawn down and off so that he could enter her from behind, pushing every thick inch of him into her slowly. "Gods, yes… Nappa… you feel so good… please make love to me…"

He apparently had no qualms about fulfilling her request, and Ami moaned when she felt him pressing close to her from behind, his teeth tugging the shoulder of her nightgown until it tore, every inch of her flesh tingling with searing pleasure as they sank deep into her mark just as he began to move. Two thrusts was all it took to send her to heaven, and she cried out into the pillow, her hips bucking backwards as her sex quivered and squeezed him deliciously, wringing a groan out of his mouth that vibrated into her shoulder.

"Damn it," he suddenly breathed. "I swear, no woman's ever made me come so fucking fast."

That was when she realized that this wasn't a dream—that the armor biting into her back was just as real as the softening cock inside of her and the trembling bulk of warrior surrounding her—and Ami squirmed and flipped to gaze up at him in the dark with tears in her eyes. "You came," she breathed. "You… you really came…"

"Gods yeah, I did," he purred before kissing her tenderly. "Came hard as hell," he finally added with a chuckle. "And I'd come again, but right now I really need to sleep."

Ami noted how weary he sounded and immediately guided him down beside her in the bed, her hands hunting in the dark for the clasps on his armor. Once he was bare, she snuggled into his warmth, but wrinkled her nose a bit. Gods, he smelled, but she could deal with it; even in the low lighting she could see the dark circles under his eyes. "After some sleep, you're getting a bath."

"Mmm… dreamed of bathing with you again, Blue. Will you wash me with your tongue?" He murmured into her hair.

"Sure," she giggled, her fingertips tracing over his chest lightly. Then she heard something that sounded like a crash, then a feminine cry of indignation, followed several moments later by a soft moan of surrender. "The hell…? Did… did Raditz…?"

"Yup. Now go to sleep, Blue… I know you might be kept up by the noise, but I could sleep through the apocalypse, it seems like. Wake me in six hours," he mumbled wearily into her hair before he suddenly grew heavy against her, already out cold, finally letting himself collapse in exhaustion now that he had reached his goal.

He was finally home.

###############################

Rolling over to look at the clock, Ami sleepily blinked as she discovered that she'd slept eight hours since Nappa had returned to her, but she hesitated to wake him. His face was a bit on the pale side and a little gaunt—apparently all of the fighting had really worn him out. He had mentioned at one point that they'd fought the entire way here, hadn't he?

"I'll take a shower and fix him a really big breakfast," Ami whispered to herself, knowing that the smile on her face was absolutely lovesick as she stroked a hand briefly over his smooth scalp. "I don't know how or why, Nappa, but I love you," she added happily as she blushed at the thought of the previous night. "I'll be back in a few minutes."

Her shower was fast and served to fully wake her, but Ami did take her time fixing her hair in the mirror and wondering momentarily if she should grow it out. Did Nappa prefer short hair or long hair? "Oh, stop being so vain," she giggled, "you share a mating bond—he won't care if you're ugly as hell and wearing a potato sack. Same goes for him… though, I don't think I've ever seen a potato sack big enough to fit a man that large."

The mental image that presented had her smiling as she returned to the bedroom, but now that she was wide awake, something about Nappa's pallor didn't seem right. No sooner had that thought crossed her mind, she noticed the state of his armor for the first time.

Apparently her mate hadn't been exaggerating about fighting the entire way, and while she wasn't worried about the smattering of cracks and chips in the hardened Saiyan armor, the gaping hole in the lower back made her tremble in terror. "Nappa?" She whimpered, somehow finding her legs and climbing up onto the bed, grasping him by the shoulders to shake him gently. "Nappa? Oh gods, please Nappa, please wake up," Ami added as an edge of panic crept its way into her voice, making her sound small and young.

But he wasn't stirring, and Ami yanked the covers back only to cover her mouth in shock and choke out a quiet sob. "No… Nappa, no! Wake up!" She ordered him as she began to shake him firmly, trying her hardest not to look at the large red stain on the sheets. "W—wake up!" She repeated several more times, now sobbing openly, her voice growing in volume. "Please Nappa, we have to get you to a doctor, you have to wake up! Please just open your eyes, r'sha, you're scaring me!"

Nappa wasn't waking, though, and in her panic, Ami suddenly lost her voice again when she tried to scream for her sister, Mina's name coming out as only a whisper. So she did the only thing she could think of and began to pound on the wall between their rooms, ignoring the pain that shot through her arm with every merciless blow to the drywall. "MINA!" She finally managed once her mouth would cooperate between heaving sobs. "PLEASE!"

A large, naked warrior with long hair was the one to answer her summons, and Ami threw him a helpless, pleading look before collapsing onto the bed again, shaking Nappa as she yet again tried not to look at the wound in his back. "Please! Please help him, Raditz! H—He's hurt!"

"Oh goddamnit, Nappa," Raditz breathed as he crossed the room in two quick strides and stripped the clean top sheet from the bed. "MINA! It's safe! I need you to get dressed and keep your sister calm!" He bellowed as he began to tear the sheet into strips. "Come on, Ami, I need you to focus!" He barked when she began to shake Nappa again, edging past panic into a full-blown emotional meltdown. "You're a doctor, you need to calm down and treat his wounds. You can freak the fuck out as much as you want later. AMI!" He barked when she continued to cry. Grimacing heavily, Raditz lowered his ki as much as possible before slapping her in the face, and if the situation had been any different, he would have laughed at the way her mouth hung open in total shock when she stared at him. "Sorry," he grunted. "You can punch me in the dick later, but right now you need to be on this side, with me, and you need to focus. Can you do that, Ami? Can you push everything out of your head except for saving his life?"

Ami's mouth closed after a moment and she gave Raditz a quick nod and climbed over her mate so that she could better assess the damage. "My apologies," she whispered shakily, "I… I just…"

"He's your mate, little sister. I get it," Raditz replied as warmly as possible given the situation, still tearing up the sheet. "I would have probably needed to punch Nappa in the balls to calm him down if the roles had been reversed. Now, tell me what to do and I'll do it."

Somehow, Ami managed to keep her doctor brain working and pushed almost all emotion to the back of her mind as she donned gloves and began to probe at the wound, but what she found shoved her right to the edge of panic all over again. "Raditz… I… I can't do anything for him," she whispered. "His kidneys…" She couldn't even finish the sentence as she just looked up and stared at him. Mina was by his side, her eyes filled with tears, and the sight of her hit Ami like a sack of rocks. "Usagi," she breathed as she looked the queen's twin up and down, the golden hair reminding her of their sister and her healing light.

"No!" Mina instantly replied, her eyes narrowing. "As the leader of the—"

"Your leadership can go fuck itself, Mina!" Ami shouted back hotly. "This is my mate and he's dying! I will not lose him, do you hear me!? Not after what I've gone through, and not after he saved my life!" Shucking off a bloody glove, Ami didn't once take her eyes off of her golden-haired sister, daring her with that look to even try and stop her. Her communicator appeared in her hand then, and when Minako suddenly darted forward, Ami was ready for it, and didn't feel an ounce of regret as she used the taller woman's weight and momentum against her and ducked, grabbing a bare ankle as she lowered her center of gravity. Mina was slung over Ami's back as the queen of Mercury stood, and the latter of the two grimaced when the leader of the Senshi collided hard with the wall.

"Usagi," Ami said quickly as she hit the silver button on the communicator, not even bothering to check her sister, since Raditz was doing that anyway, a look of surprised awe on his face as he regarded her as more than just a little royal slip of a woman. "Usagi, I need you, please. Please wake up and answer!"

"Ami…?" Came a hesitant response. "I… I thought you'd been captured?"

"Mina and I escaped and we didn't want to give our position away just yet," Ami quickly answered. "Thank the gods you answered, Usagi, I need you here now, please! My husband is dying and there's nothing I can do to save him; please come now!"

"I… you're married?" The disbelief in her voice was clear, and Ami knew then that she didn't have a choice.

"Fine, I'm coming to Pluto, then. You don't have to believe me and come here, but I swear I'm not being forced by an enemy to call you. If you won't come to me, Serenity, then I'll come to you."

There was no reply on the com, only a flash of light beside her, and when Ami looked over, she found a bleary-eyed blonde blinking at her sleepily. That groggy expression turned to one of fear and panic the moment she saw Raditz, though, and in another flash of light, the queen of Earth was Sailor Moon.

"Whoa!" Raditz protested when the blonde pulled off her tiara and it spun in her hand. "Look at my shoulder! I'm Minako's mate, I swear it! See!?" He added, quickly tugging Mina's top the side to show her fresh mark. "And I didn't knock her out, that was all Ami's fault! Now look behind you!"

Daring to briefly glance towards the bed, Serenity immediately transformed yet again into her finer raiment and went right to the bleeding, naked giant, placing her hands over his back and engulfing him in her healing light. "This is really your husband, Ami?" She asked in disbelief.

"I know he's a Saiyan general, but he saved my life," Ami whispered up at her sister, her eyes filled with gratitude. "We felt the pull after I'd been a captive for ten days, and he broke me out with no thought for himself or how the king would react. I love him, Your Majesty. I can't let him die."

"I wasn't concerned with his race, Ami, I was thinking about his size!" Queen Serenity sputtered. "He's HUGE! I'm amazed that he hasn't crushed you!" Grinning at Mercury's blush despite the situation, Serenity mused that no matter how many centuries passed, things simply didn't change between sisters.

"And don't apologize again," she added after a few moments, drawing her hands away from Nappa's wound to show a large scar. "I should have been involved in this war somehow for the last few months, and it's time that I got in the game. I'm not some pretty figurehead to be trussed up and dumped into Setsuna's arms for safe-keeping… I'm a warrior, damn it. And now that I'm back in the Inner Solar System, I think I should figure out where it would be best to strike the Saiyan Armada."

"But Usagi—"

"Shut up, Mina, or I won't heal the back of your head," Serenity snorted as she crossed the room to deal with her second in command, who was just regaining consciousness. "Looks like Ami kicked your ass?"

"Yeah… I guess she was paying attention to Makoto when she taught us that flip," Mina groaned. "That hurt, Ami," she added with a little frown.

Ami wasn't swayed in the least by Mina's attempt at whining, though; she merely glanced over and glared at her older sister. "He's mine. Remember that next time," she stated flatly. "You're lucky I kept my head well enough to keep from freezing you solid."

A few beats of silence passed, and Ami quirked an eyebrow when Mina exclaimed, "what, Raditz!? I thought I was your mate, and you're not going to say anything to her for knocking me out!?"

"I'm Saiyan, if you hadn't forgotten, woman. In Saiyan eyes, what your sister did was one hundred percent correct. That, and I'm not fucking around with anyone that can take Nappa's cock and live to tell the tale. Furthermore, you tried to renounce my claim over you less than eight hours ago! Or did you forget that!?"

"Oh dear gods, you two are so married already," Serenity snorted as she shifted back to Usagi and went back to Ami's side, where the queen of Mercury was checking his vitals.

"We are not!" Mina retorted as she tried to stand, only to slap away Raditz's steadying hands in a little slappy fight when he tried to help her. "I hate him and he knows it!"

"Yeah, I know," Raditz grumped unhappily, "you were even screaming it as you came, woman. I'm going to shower. Call me if she hits the floor because of her stubbornness," he directed at Ami and Serenity, grumbling about how being mated was supposed to have been flowers and fairytales… unless you got stuck with an ungrateful harpy bitch like Minako.

"I'm not a harpy bitch, you twat waffle!" She yelled. "And fuck you, too!"

"Fine! Be naked and in the bed when I get out," he retorted loudly before slamming the bathroom door shut.

"You bit him back, Mina," Ami said while she and Serenity were rolling Nappa onto his back. "You should be a little nicer to him. I could understand your anger if the mating mark was one-sided, but it's not like he pinned you down and threatened your life to force you to return it."

Mina's jaw was twitching as she stared her little sister down, but a glare from Serenity kept her from pouncing. "And how do you know he didn't?"

"Because he's alive. More importantly, you didn't wrap your Love Me Chain around his balls and castrate him as he slept. Not only that, but you didn't want me to kill him when I showed up to rescue you. You like him, at least, and I'm assuming he would have done the same for you that Nappa did for me, had I not shown up and busted you out," Ami finished. "So be nicer to him."

"Ami's right," Usagi added gently. "He's a Saiyan, but he clearly cares about you and he's trying his best to be a good husband."

Ami was about to add something more when she heard her name being whispered, and all of her attention was suddenly turned to Nappa, who was just barely cracking open his eyes. "Nappa!" She couldn't stop herself from practically pouncing on him and raining kisses all over his face as his eyes opened a little further, her lips pecking at his forehead, his cheeks, his eyelids, his nose and chin. "Oh, thank the gods you're alright! No, don't move!" She chastised, suddenly all doctor when he tried to sit up. "You lost a lot of blood," she added a tad more gently, her fingers caressing his jawline.

"Huh…?"

Frowning deeply, Ami felt his sheepishness through the bond and wasn't fooled for a moment by the innocent act. "Scare me like that again and I'll give you a real reason for a healer!" She snapped, slapping his chest hard enough to make him flinch. "You're not stupid, Nappa, so what in the hell was your excuse!? You come in here for a quick fuck but don't even bother to mention that you're wounded!? Are you insane!?"

Serenity could only blink as she watched the exchange, but when Nappa sat up a little and quickly pressed his lips to the underside of Ami's chin, she could only scratch her head in confusion. The queen of Mercury was relaxing at the feeling of the lips that were practically glued to her there, but she was visibly huffing with annoyance and obviously trying not to yell anymore. "Did… I miss something?"

"He's submitting to me," Ami grumbled in clear irritation. "It's a Saiyan thing. Some monkeys on our planet do it too, it's basically the apology of apologies when a male knows he's messed up beyond all rational belief."

"In my defense, I didn't know the wound was that bad," Nappa mumbled contritely. "I knew I was hurt, but it really wasn't that painful."

"Since most of your nerve endings had been cauterized, I'm not surprised," the Lunarian snorted.

That only served to remind Ami how close she'd come to losing him, and when she began to tremble and Nappa reacted by pressing his lips to her chin again, she dipped her face so that she was kissing him. "I nearly lost you," she choked out once they'd parted, her forehead resting against his, her hands stroking over him. "You scared the life out of me, Nappa."

Noting the jealousy in her twin's eyes, Usagi managed a little knowing smile and nudged Minako as the goddess of love and lust watched the unlikely couple hold each other lovingly. "You can have that too if you just stop being so mad at Raditz for whatever he's done to piss you off," she advised under her breath. "You forget I'm empathic," she added when Minako opened her mouth to protest. "I can sense that you actually care about him a lot. You're falling in love with him."

"Stupid bond," Mina choked out, her eyes filling with tears. "I hate him." Little did she know, she had an audience, and Nappa and Ami were watching her sympathetically, keeping silent as helpless tears fell down the love goddess's cheeks and she made no move to wipe at them. "It's not fair; I didn't ever have a say in any of it. I'm a goddess of love, Usagi! I should have had a say in who I finally fell in love with!"

"I don't think anyone has that choice, Mina," Ami offered gently. "If we hadn't been born as Senshi, do you think any of us would have met and loved each other?"

"That's not the same—"

"Isn't it?" Usagi interjected. "Isn't the pull supposed to be Fate? Just like how we all met and remembered who we were in our past lives?"

"No!" Mina wailed, "it's NOT! You don't understand, Usagi! The only reason we felt the pull was because of a spell I cast on the solar system centuries ago!" Her voice fell then, just as she did, and she looked up at her sister helplessly as she hit her knees. "I didn't mean for any of this to happen," she sobbed. "I only meant to protect us all with the power of love from outside invaders… th—that's all I told it to do…"

"So you mean that…" Ami couldn't help but look back and forth between her mate and Mina several times, her eyes wide in disbelief. She was in love with Nappa because of a spell? "I don't care," she stated firmly after several seconds of mulling it over. "I love him anyway."

The look of total adoration on Nappa's face nearly made Usagi "aaaaw!" all over the place, but she managed to keep it in check as she hauled Mina to her feet and tipped her head towards the couple. "Come on, Mina, it's alright. Stop crying. How about we go to the kitchen for some chocolate, and then to the bridge? I have some calls to make, and I think the lovebirds could use some alone time?" She hinted softly.

"Wait," Ami said, halting everyone as Nappa tried to kiss her and her sisters moved to leave the room. "Usagi, Mina… I won't have anyone saying that this isn't my choice," she stated firmly. "Spell or not, Nappa is my husband, and I want to make that official."

"Ami, that has to be the sweetest, most romantic thing I have ever heard!" Usa practically squealed. "If he wasn't naked under that sheet, I'd be jumping on the both of you!"

"Sorry, Majesty, I don't think Blue's into sharing," Nappa snickered, grinning widely when Ami half-heartedly smacked his chest. "Oh come on, r'sha, I can see into your head and I know about Tijuana."

"What happens in Tijuana stays in Tijuana," Ami hissed, pressing a finger to his lips. "And quit the joking, I'm one hundred percent serious about this. I want every single one of my people to know that I chose this, and that I chose you as my husband and my king consort. I don't want them to think that I did this for peace, or that I was pressured or coerced in any way. I want them to know that I love you," she finished softly, her cheeks heating up under everyone's stares; clearly they hadn't expected such a passionate speech from the typically quiet Senshi, and to be honest, neither had she.

"Well, do you want to do this now, or should Nappa get dressed first?" Usagi asked brightly.

"Well… I brought everything I had with me, which wasn't that much by Solarian standards," Nappa answered slowly, floored by his mate and how he could feel her sincerity pouring through the mating bond. I'm the luckiest gods damned bastard in the universe, he thought as he simply drowned in her deep blue eyes. And I don't deserve this… not even a little bit. "I brought my formal armor, but I can do this any way you want, r'sha," he finally breathed. "Anything you want. Name it and it's yours. I'd cut off my tail to earn your favor. I would paint the room as red as the setting sun just to make you smile."

"Oh shit, he's breaking out the Saiyan love poetry," Raditz rumbled from the doorway as he dried his hair with a massive towel. "You ladies guard your nether regions, because it's about to get hot and sweaty in here."

Nappa didn't even have a snarky comment to shoot back with, he was too busy running his lips over the delicate hand in his grasp, laying open-mouthed kisses along the knuckles and her inner wrist, making her turn bright red when Usagi just grinned.

"Well, get dressed, you two, and knock on the door when you're ready," the moon queen said brightly, waggling her fingers at them both as she ushered a still-sniffling Mina towards the door and gave Raditz a sympathetic look.

Alone at last, Ami kissed her mate tenderly before helping him to sit up on the edge of the bed, and while Nappa wanted to stand to help her, he knew he was too weak to do so and settled for pointing and directing her to one of the three bags he'd brought on the battered Saiyan transport. "I hate to admit it, atti, but I'll need some help getting it on," he confessed as he held a hand to his chest and felt his heart fluttering like a nervous bird.

Noting his pale complexion, Ami nearly made him lay back down, but a wave of stubborn male pride through the bond had her relenting. "Goddamnit, Nappa… fine. But if you faint…"

"Then I'll let you beat me up in the ring," he offered with a weak laugh as she helped him into the black singlet that wasn't unlike Prince Vegeta's, only shorter in the sleeves, coming down to just above his elbows and just over his thighs. "Kay, now the armor," he instructed as he held his arms up compliantly when she had to climb up onto the bed due to his height and slid his armor down over his head. The straps were tightened while Nappa fought to breathe, and when he opened his eyes he found his mate studying him worriedly. "I'll be alright, r'sha," he assured her. "Right as rain in a couple days, I swear it."

"You'd better be," she whispered, her recent fear creeping into her voice as she draped his cape over his back—the same cape he'd wrapped her in as she'd slept only four days prior. "Because I swear, Nappa, if you're not ok, I'm going to track down Hotaru and have you dragged kicking and screaming from the Gates of Hell."

"I'd prefer it to be you making me kick and scream," he countered with a wink, trying like hell to downplay his blood loss. He was a Saiyan general, damn it, he wasn't some pup fresh out of fucking training, and he sure as shit hadn't survived so long by being stupid!

"Quit it with the posturing, too," Ami chastised him, her eyes narrowing warningly as she adopted her no-nonsense doctor's voice. "I can hear it in your head, Nappa, and I give zero fucks about you beating your chest and proclaiming that you're the big, bad man and immune to everything including weakness."

Fully aware that her posturing was a result of her terror over nearly losing him, Nappa relented and purred comfort to her, consciously willing himself not to black out when he stood and gathered her into his arms securely. "Tah'kha'or au, Ami m'yo. I'd bend down to kiss your chin again, but I'd probably just fall over and squash you."

"Sit," she sputtered, "before you actually do fall down. I'm not strong enough to haul you back up onto the bed." She called out to her sisters then and nodded to them as she transformed into her princess gown. "We're ready, but I think Nappa should stay seated."

"Like hell," he stubbornly replied, hauling himself to his feet, only to sway and find himself immediately supported by Raditz. "Thanks, Rad."

"I'm pretty sure we're the same blood type," he replied easily despite the way he was still bristling over Minako's attitude towards him.

"You can't know that for sure," Ami snorted incredulously. "I'll check your types and match them up later."

"Actually, since Nappa's not much taller than me, we probably are the same type," Raditz argued.

Privy to his mate's thoughts, Nappa chuckled and purred down at her, smiling lopsidedly from the high of the blood loss. "Yes, r'sha, Saiyan blood types go hand-in-hand with height, and before you argue genetics, genetics also plays a role in our height. Besides, Saiyans only have two dominant blood types. You can run your tests, but I'm pretty sure Raditz is the same as me. Now, Your Majesty, if you wouldn't mind marrying my mate and me?"

With a wave of her hand, Usagi was Queen Serenity, and both Saiyans held their breath at the sight of her beauty. "I'd kneel, Majesty," Nappa rumbled, "if I was capable."

"It's alright," Serenity answered gently, followed by a motion for Raditz to stay standing as well. "No, don't—I can see Nappa's putting a lot of his weight on you. Now… Nappa, First General of the Saiyan Armada, do you take this woman as your wife, and vow to love her and honor her until your death, forsaking all others?"

"I swear it on my tail, with my brother as witness," he replied formally.

"Witnessed," Raditz chimed in automatically.

"Do you swear as the king consort of Mercury to protect her people, to follow and uphold the law, to support the queen always in her reign, and to provide her heirs to the throne?"

Tempted to crack a joke regarding their future progeny, Nappa's lips twitched slightly even though he reined in his sense of humor. "I swear it on my tail, with my brother as my witness."

"So witnessed."

"Ami, queen of Mercury, is this the man you have chosen to help you lead your people?"

"It is," Ami stated solemnly.

"And you would crown him the king consort of your people?"

"I would." Producing a simple silver crown from her subspace—one of many heirlooms she'd managed to take before the sacking of Mercury—Ami held it gingerly, only to realize she would need to climb onto the bed to place it on Nappa's head. He couldn't bend, so with as much grace as she could muster under the odd and informal circumstances, she stepped up with Minako's help and placed it delicately on his head… only to giggle when she realized it was too small. "We'll… we'll get it resized," she choked out between laughs.

"Phhht… I don't think there's enough silver in it to stretch it that far," Raditz snorted, trying his very hardest not to bust out cackling during such a serious occasion.

"Oh gods, you guys, please, you're going to make me laugh too," Serenity giggled, noting that Minako was the only one that hadn't even cracked a smile. She was going to have to have a talk with her about forgiveness in the near future. The very near future. "Ok, ok… Queen Ami, do you solemnly vow to love this man, to honor him and respect him as the father of your heirs, and to forsake all others?"

"I so swear," Ami said after several seconds of schooling her features, trying her very best not to look at the ridiculous sight that the tiny crown made on Nappa's bald head.

"Then as queen of the Moon Kingdom, the Earth, and the Solarian Galaxy, I pronounce you man and wife, Queen and King consort of Mercury. Kiss the groom," she added wryly, winking at the both of them.

Ami practically glomped Nappa at those words, momentarily forgetting his injury and knocking him off balance, nearly taking Raditz down onto the bed with them both as she kissed him senseless. "Sorry," she whispered with a shy blush as she pulled away, letting Raditz help him to his feet.

"Oh no, r'sha, by all means, anytime you feel like tackling me, please do so," Nappa chuckled weakly, only to sit back down at an unexpected wave of dizziness. "Ugh… time for a blood donation," he admitted shakily. "And here, take this back," he added as he gingerly took the too-small crown from his head. "I'm afraid that I'll break it just from looking at it wrong."

"I have my father's ring for you to wear as well," she offered as she removed tubing and needles from her subspace and Minako moved to help her, having been trained as a nurse when she'd been mortal. "But that'll have to be resized, too. Here, give me your arm, Raditz."

"I've got it," Mina interjected with a sigh as she donned some gloves and refused to make eye contact with her mate as she swabbed the inside of his elbow. "Lower your ki," she advised. "Little pinch."

Pushing a wave of sorrow through the bond, Raditz silently willed her to look at him and forgive him for his actions while she'd been in captivity, only to feel the bond slam shut, bringing tears to his eyes as a result. "That hurt," he whispered, not referring to the stick of the needle, but to the emotional stab wound and the ache in his head and his mark.

"Good," she replied under her breath.

Remaining in her queenly raiment, Serenity watched all of that with a hard glint to her eye, and the moment Mina's gloves were in the trash, she jerked her over by the arm. "Kitchen," she ordered flatly. "Ami, you got everything in here alright?"

Fussing over her new husband, Ami could only nod, distracted by a conversation she was having through her own mating bond, and waved towards the door.

"We'll be back in a minute," the Lunarian informed them all, ushering Mina out the door and towards the kitchen, where she was about to get a very stern talking to about how to treat her spouse with at least some semblance of respect and understanding. Especially since she'd bitten him in return.

R&R yall! I've got another chapter just about ready!
