IMPORTANT A/N HERE : The titan war just finished. Which means its after TLO but before TLH. kay? kay.

EDITED. :)

Whoever said that normal is something common for demigods, that person is dead wrong.

Like, seriously.

It was just after the Titan war, and everybody wanted to enjoy their 'relaxation period' until Rachel's prophecy came to light (in which the demigods will have to risk their silly butts to save the gods again). And that means having a normal day, which also means no quests.

Okay, fine, it had seemed like a normal day. Percy and Annabeth were chasing each other on the beach. Travis and Connor were laughing their heads off at a prank that Katie fell for. Nico was talking to the dead in the woods. Clarisse was dueling with Chris. The Apollo kids were playing basketball...

Then again, Chiron had the unhealthy habit of presenting quests at totally unexpected times.

"So, I called you here today for a very important matter." Chiron had his voice steady and commanding as usual, but was unable to grasp the attention of the complaining demigods that stood around their usual meeting place- the ping pong table.

"I sure hope so, Chiron." Connor grumbled, because the satyr who was sent to call them inadvertently saved Katie from falling into the mud. By falling into the mud first. Oh, that was funny, come to think of it.

Chiron ignored Connor. "Before you came to Camp Half-Blood, all of you thought that Greek gods were just myths, right?"

"I guess, yeah." Percy said, eyebrows furrowed in confusion and curiosity.

"So do any of you know about wizards?"

Chiron's question took everyone off by surprise, and it took them around five seconds to let it sink in.

Travis and Connor shared a look and grinned. "Well, in the Stolls' dictionary, wizards are often referred to people with sticks and wears pointy hats that is used to scare poor, innocent kids during Hallowe'en." everyone snickered, and Travis added on, "The Stolls' dictionary can be purchased at the nearest Hermes souvenir stall, if any of you young people are interested, please go check them out. The first three buyers gets a free booklet on how wizards walk around in robes. Pretty interesting stuff."

Percy and Nico snorted, while Katie offered a laugh and Annabeth offered a roll of her eyes.

"Wizards are magical people who can perform magic with some sort of wand, and are myths created by mortals. Isn't it?" Annabeth's eyes widened a fraction when Chiron shook his head.

"For that, Annabeth, you're wrong. Wizards are, indeed-"

"Annabeth? Wrong? Oh Fates, is the world ending? That never fits into the same sentence!" Percy mocked dramatically, putting a hand onto his heart and faking a big gasp.

"But how can she be wrong? She's the big Athene hot shot around town!" Travis said, shocked.

"Oh shut up." she gave the two boys her 'death glare' -as Percy dubbed it- before turning her attention back on the centaur. "Do you mean to say that wizards and magic and all that whatnot are actually real?"

"Yes. My old friend Dumbledore is one, and after helping me, it is now my turn to repay the debt."

Silence.

One beat.

Two beats.

Three beats.

Four be-

Percy, Travis, Connor and Katie bursted into laughter. They threw their heads back, their laughter fluttering from their mouth in disbelief. Annabeth looked miffed, not doubting Chiron's statement, and Nico just rolled his eyes.

"Oh, he's definitely joking, alright." Percy laughed, looking around at his friends with tears of mirth brimming his eyes.

"Wow Chiron! I didn't know you had a sense of humour stuck somewhere in that horse body of yours!" Travis and Connor clutched their stomachs while bawling over with laughter.

But after receiving no response from Chiron, all four laughing demigods turned to him, looking for some sort of last minute 'HAHAHA JUST KIDDING GUYS'. But all they saw staring back at them was Chiron in his oh-so-glorious poker-face, and their smiles slid off their faces quicker than running water.

"Wizards are real." Nico inserted helpfully, and all four of them turned towards him, then at their centaur mentor, then back at Nico- which was a funny sight, seeing how dumbfounded they all looked.

"Wizards are real, aren't they?" Percy asked with a groan. Annabeth flicked his forehead playfully.

"Since when does Chiron kid around?"

"Yes, wizards are real." Chiron had a light frown plastered on his face, as if he wished that the demigods would just let him continue.

"Please tell me we're not going on a quest, please tell me we're not going on another quest… Oh please please please…" Percy mumbled, praying to any gods that were responsible for quests. They just beat the Titans against all odds, Percy finally got a girlfriend, and now he had to go on another quest to save the world again? How selfish can the gods get?

Percy really needs a break, and the responsibility of the world on him was not his definition of 'break'.

Everyone stared at Chiron as he continued on his explanation.

"About seventeen years ago, there was this dark wizard who was so delved into dark magic no one dared to even utter his name out loud, in fear that they would be his next victim. He caused great destruction in the wizarding world, recruiting followers called 'death eaters' and killing anyone who refused to join his cause. He was named-"

"Voldemort." Nico supplied, and that did it.

And completely ignoring the 'horror' part of Chiron's story, everyone -yes, including Annabeth- laughed so hard as if they had witnessed flying unicorns which crap rainbows and orange juice. "WHO NAMES THEIR KIDS 'MOLDEVORT'?" Travis laughed even harder.

"BOLORVART!" Connor shouted while rolling on the floor laughing. In fact, it was only Annabeth and Nico that weren't joining the others on the floor; Annabeth was laughing hysterically and Nico seemed peeved.

"Guys, just shut up. It's because of this guy my dad's having underworld paperwork troubles." Nico grumbled loudly.

Chiron waited patiently for the laughing to die down.

"Back to the subject, Voldemort's original name isn't Voldemort, in fact, it was something much simpler than that- Tom Riddle. Nicknamed as 'he-who-must-not-be-named' and 'the darkest wizard of all times', Tom had a terrible past -or that's what I've been told- and that was what caused him to be this dark creature he is now. Apparently, he also seemed to trick Death out of his expiry date, and still lasted on until today."

"Thanatos is highly experienced, and for Tom to cheat him…" Nico muttered.

"As I had said before you rudely interrupted me with your laughter, Tom recruited his army of 'Death Eaters'-"

Percy snorted.

"-and terrorised the wizarding world, causing the dark age. A few months of his 'reign' later, he heard a prophecy concerning a boy that would turn out to be Tom's equal, and he sought the baby out. However, his plan to murder the baby backfired when his spell rebounded and hit himself instead, causing him to lose his powers to the baby named 'Harry Potter'."

"Great dark wizard he is, lose his powers to a baby." chuckled Percy.

"AND he was said to never be seen again. As Harry's parents were murdered, he got sent to live with his aunt and uncle, whose teaching methods are those that I most definitely do not approve of. At the age of eleven, he went to a wizarding school where Dumbledore is headmaster, and has gained fame and popularity even after his first year. His main friends are Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. But everything ch-"

"Why are you telling us all this Chiron?" Connor said, pretending to yawn.

Chrion, clearly frustrated that he kept being interrupted, stomped his hoofs like a little girl stomping her legs when her mum refuses to buy a barbie for her. "Well, Connor, I'm sure this will all be over very quickly if none of you interrupt the background story of Harry Potter, because it is very crucial for your quest."

Katie nudged Connor none so gently, clearly wanting Chiron to finish.

Chiron sighed. "But everything changed in Harry's fifth year in school, which was also last year, when he fought Voldemort in the Triwizard Tournament. Voldemort attempted to kill him, and they fought."

"Who won?" Annabeth asked.

"In a way, Harry did; he escaped."

"Great dark wizard." Travis mimicked in a low voice as how Chiron had said it, earning a few laughs.

"Anyway, Voldemort is almost at full strength, and basically when he is at full strength, he's going to kill Harry and destroy the wizarding world. So, my friend Dumbledore-"

"Dumblydore."

"-asked for reinforcements. And I picked this group."

Percy face-palmed. Then double-face-palmed. Yep, a quest. Just after the Titan war. Ain't that great?

"But I need to be designing Olympus!"

"I need to help regrow the plants!"

"We need to prank others t-to make them feel… good! Yeah, good!"

"I… need to go surfing?"

Chiron shushed all of them with a stomp of his hoofs again.

"I know I'm asking a lot from all of you, especially since you'll all be gone for a year-"

"A YEAR?"

"-or half, but Athena gives you a rest from the designing, and Katie, the Demeter Cabin will do fine on their own. Travis, Connor and Percy, your excuse is not eligible. Just take this trip to the magical realm as some sort of vacation. After all, your job would just be protecting the Golden Trio - A.K.A. Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley."

Percy stared. "For a year."

Chiron stared back. "Or half. It depends, really."

Groans erupted from everyone, and Nico said hopefully, "I'm not included right?"

"Unfortunately, you are. Your father said you'll find out how Tom had cheated Death for so long."

Another groan joined in the choir.

"Look, they need your protection, but they cannot know your true identities. Once your cover's blown, it's all over. The only one in the school that knows your true heritage is Dumbledore. And you do not need to worry much- wizards casts spells, but their spells won't work as much on all of you because of the godly blood inside. So you six do not need to worry much, especially you Percy."

"Why?"

"You still have your Achilles heel. So everyone, just treat this like a whole year round vacation. I'll inform your parents and all will be prepared."

After a short while of discussions here and there, Travis asked, "Why are Connor and I needed? We're only good at pranking people."

"Ah, yes, but the Weasley twins, Fred and George -I believe their names are- have the same hobbies as you, and they prove to be rather famous in that school, so if you win their trust, people will easily trust you too. Please try to get along with them."

"Then what about me?" Katie asked, looking a little nervous and afraid at the same time.

"Your job, is to prevent the twins from going overboard." then whispering to Katie's ear, Chiron added, "Besides, you have the special talent to keep those Stolls in tact, and I trust you would prevent any wars from going on in the school."

Katie smiled.

"So basically, our main goal is to ensure the safety of Harry Potter and co. for a year?" Annabeth asked for confirmation.

"Yes."

"But how do we fit in? We don't have a wand, a pointy stick, or magic."

"Your things will be delivered by Hermes' special express tomorrow, and as for the magic, Hecate said she will bless you tonight as you sleep, and tomorrow, you would be able to cast spells. Though you need to practice before you can cast a perfect one. The ability will last for the year, and that's also your reward for helping her world. Oh, and Thalia will be coming too. Artemis allows her to help with this quest."

Annabeth's eyes lit up; they hadn't seen Thalia since the Titan War, and everyone -especially Annabeth- missed her dearly.

"The most important thing is to keep your identities secret. Do not trust anyone too much to tell them of your motives there. And please, please, please try to do your best to not stand out. Don't attract attention and suspicion, that's rule number one. Okay?"

"Okay, but Chiron, you said we'll be attending a school. Where is the school and what's its name?" Katie asked, as the demigods quieted down and look at Chiron expectantly.

"The school is in Britain and…" he trailed off, pausing as he thought whether he should tell them the name or allow them to find out for themselves. But eventually he sighed, "The school's name is Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry."

The demigods stared at Chiron, assuming that this was one of his lame jokes again. But when he didn't correct himself, the demigods, every one of them, doubled over laughing.

I mean, who names their school Pigwarts? A kind of disease?

And just like that, they had another quest.
