P.S - I had buttercream cake! Best thing ever!

P.P.S - I found a Queen name! So exciting!

Anastasia walked with her head held high down the hall to her first class of the day. Potions.

It wasn't so bad considering she had it with the Ravenclaws….no, the troublesome aspect was the fact she knew the Potions professor couldn't act like the uncle she knew and man had to act like he downright despised Anastasia. Her Uncle Sev worried for her, because he didn't think she was ready and didn't want to expose her to such a cruel and dark world.

Anastasia didn't mind though, she knew he had to do this on her grandfather's orders and didn't hold it against him. Anastasia knew that he was hurting, and for that fact alone she would forgive her uncle for the torment. But that didn't excuse tormenting the rest of her peers…

Anastasia sat gracefully next to a shy looking Hufflepuff….Susan Bones if she was correct. With a polite cordial smile she turned to the shy girl and held out her hand. "Hello my name is Anastasia Potter. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance Ms. Bones."

Susan blushed all the way to the roots of her hair. "Y-You don't h-have t-to be s-so formal. My n-name i-is S-Susan. I h-hope we c-can be f-friends."

Anastasia's smile softened to one of her real gentle smiles she was so famous for back in her kingdom. "It would be a pleasure to be your friend Susan. Please call me Anya."

Susan shyly smiled back but her eyes shone with the upmost happiness that filled Anastasia with gentle warmth.

"Potter! Enough talking! What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" Uncle Sev barked.

Anastasia was confused at first but then the answer dawned on her. Her eyes turned dark and full of sorrow. " Asphodel is a type of lily professor, it means 'My regrets follow you to the grave' and wormwood means 'absence' and also symbolizes bitter sorrow." Her voice was only just above a mere whisper.

Uncle Sev heard her though and paled, his eyes looking as if someone struck him with a tinge of regret. He composed himself and sneered. "Tut tut Potter, clearly fame isn't everything."

Anastasia didn't feel any anger, she couldn't. Not after what her Uncle Sev had tried to tell her….did that mean he knew her mother?

"Let's try again. Potter, where would you look if I told you to find me a bezoar?" The room was dead quiet except for the few Ravenclaws with their hands waving in the air.

"You would find it in the stomach of a goat." Anastasia answered calmly. She could feel Susan shaking next to her; gently Anastasia put her hand on Susan's to calm her.

"Correct Potter. It seems as though your not completely useless." Uncle Sev sneered.

"What is the difference, Potter, between monkshood and wolfsbane?"

"Nothing sir they are the same plant."

Sneering at Anastasia, Uncle Sev whipped around "Well? Why aren't you all writing this down?"

"That was really brave Anya." Susan whispered.

"It was nothing Susan. He's just an angry man, nothing to be afraid of." Anastasia smiled gently and Susan smiled hesitantly back.

When the class finally ended, it was a huge relief for Anastasia. As much as she felt sympathy for the man, she didn't think she could stand more of those cold eyes glaring at her.

Anastasia turned to Susan just as they were about to leave. "Susan? Would you mind terribly if you accompanied me?"

Susan smiled shyly, her face was red but not as red as when they first met. "It would be nice to have a friend to walk with Anya. And I told you, you don't have to be so formal with me."

Anastasia smiled sheepishly as they walked out the door. "Sorry, it's just a habit. Something that's hard to shake off ya know?"

Susan nodded understandingly "I completely get it. I have such a terrible habit of secluding myself from everyone else that it's hard for me to make friends."

Anastasia smiled brightly. "Well we are going to change that Suzy-kins!"

Susan blushed bright red. "W-Waa? W-Who g-gave y-you permission t-to call m-me Suzy-kins?"

Anastasia laughed skipping down the hall with her new friend. "No one, and that's the fun part darling! Now come on! We are going to be late for our next class! And I gotta introduce you to some people."

Susan shouted in surprise as Anastasia suddenly grabbed her hand and pulled her along "E-Eh?! A-Anya! D-Don't go s-so f-fast!"

Anastasia just laughed. "Come on Suzy! We're gonna be late!"

What they had next was Transfiguration with a woman called Professor McGonagall. From what Anastasia had learned from her peers, she was strict but a fair woman. Something that Anastasia can respect considering she herself, was a queen.

Anastasia dragged a stuttering Susan over to Hannah Abbott who, was waving excitedly at Anastasia. Anastasia knew Hannah, because she was her roommate and was the only one who didn't have an interest with boys, over the top obsessions, and was a humble girl. She had an excellent personality and really hit it off with Anastasia. Even if her language had much to be desired….

"You sly bitch! Where in the seven hells have you been hiding?" Hannah said excitedly.

Anastasia smirked. "Potions dear Nana. And I brought you a gift." She presented a shy Susan who was wringing her hands but smiling hesitantly.

Hannah stared for a moment before a wide sadistically happy grin that sent shivers down even the bravest of Slytherins' spins. "Well shit on a stick it's nice to meet you! This sly bitch over here has been my friend for over a day and we've already had so much fun time." Hannah cackled.

That was what scared the student population the most. Hannah Abbott reminded them of a blonde haired Bellatrix Lestrange. She was just as good with a wand, magic, words, blades, baby talk and of course evil cackles.

Susan shivered. Anastasia glared. "Nana play nice. She is our new friend. Nana this is Susan."

"Hello." Susan whispered.

Hannah's lips stretched into a maniacal grin. "Well aren't you cute. We are definitely keeping you. Asia did well in finding you." She cackled again twirling her wand.

Anastasia rolled her eyes and pat Susan's head. "Trust me Suzy you'll get used to it."

"Everyone quiet down, and we will begin our lesson." McGonagall's stern voice rang.

Hannah grinned so sadistically maniacally; Anastasia was honestly afraid she killed someone. Well, until she banged her head on the desk and didn't lift it back up.

Susan 'eeped' and Anastasia just shook her head muttering 'troublesome'.
