Narrator POV
Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.
Cat groaned, making her way around Robbie's sleeping form, searching the disheveled sheets for her phone, eyes lidded and barely open.
Finally grabbing it, she slid her thumb across the screen, shutting the alarm off and looking at the time.
Her eyes widened.
"Shit!" She yelled, causing Robbie to jump.
"What? What's wrong?" He asked, sitting up to look at her.
"It's 7:40! We are going to be late for school!" She said, getting out of bed and searching for her clothes that were sprawled across her room.
"Let's just stay home then." Robbie suggested as she threw on his shirt.
"I can't I already missed yesterday." She replied. "Come on get up Robbie. I'm going to take a quick shower." She told him, leaving the room.
"Can I come?" He yelled out to her teasingly.
He heard her giggle, only imagining the cute blush that had appeared on her cheeks. "No!" She giggled again.
Robbie smiled, getting up and getting himself ready as well. In ten minutes, both of them rushed down stairs with their things, only having ten more minutes to get to school.
"Robbie, are you ready to go?" She asked, grabbing her bag along with a banana to eat on the way.
"Not yet." He replied, smiling deviously as he grabbed her by the waist, pulling her into a hug as he connected their lips. Her bag slipped from her grasp, wrapping her arms around him.
He pulled away, a smile on his face. "Good morning baby girl…" He whispered, kissing her softly once more.
"Good morning handsome." She giggled, pecking his lips before grabbing her bag along with his hand, walking out the door.
…
They made it to school, just on time, leaving them only three minutes before the bell rang.
"Where were you guys?" Jade asked as she saw them making their way to her and Rex.
"We woke up super late." Cat said, going to her locker.
"Wonder why…" Jade sputtered as she began to laugh.
"What?" Cat asked.
"You forgot to cover up your hickey dumbass." Jade teased.
"Shit…" Cat muttered, hand flying to her neck to cover the purple spot as she sent a glare in Robbie's direction. "Can you come help me cover it?" Cat looked to Jade.
"I don't know…"
"Pleasseee…" Cat whined.
"Fine." Jade smirked, leading them to the bathroom.
Once out of sight, Rex turned to Robbie with a knowing look on his face.
"W-What?" Robbie stuttered, face turning red.
"Oh please. First you're late, then the hickey…you so got laid last night." Rex chuckled.
Knowing arguing wont hide anything, Robbie sighed, shyly nodding his head in agreement.
"Nice dude." Rex smiled, holding up his fist for Robbie to bump. "How many times?"
"Twice…" Robbie answered, face turning red with embarrassment for having this conversation.
A few moments later, Cat and Jade made their way back over to the boys.
"All good?" Robbie asked, smiling at his girlfriend as she attached her hand to his.
"Yes…" She glared at him playfully, a little smirk forming on her lips.
Ring. Ring. Ring.
Jade and Rex made their way to class, soon followed by Cat and Robbie as they grabbed their things.
"Are you really mad about the hickey?" Robbie asked.
Cat smiled, stopping him for a moment. She shook her head before grabbing him by the shirt, pulling his lips to hers.
"Just next time…" She breathed as she pulled away. "Put it somewhere no one will be able to see it…" She smirked, kissing him one last time before making her way to her first class, leaving Robbie there in the hall way, jaw to the floor.
She turned around to look at him, giggling at his expression.
"I love you!" She called out from down the hall.
He smiled. "I love you too!"
…
First and second block went with the breeze and the six of them sat at their usual lunch table, eating their lunch. Robbie had been treating Cat extra special all day, being super sweet and never forgetting to tell her how lucky he was. He almost lost her, and he definitely wasn't going to let that happen again.
"So…" Jade spoke up, looking across from her, eyes landing on the smitten couple. "You guys are going to throw a party right?"
"I don't know…" Cat thought about it, intertwining her fingers with both Robbie's hands; the one that was wrapped around her waist and the other that was resting in his lap. He smiled, squeezing her hands and kissing her cheek lovingly.
"Come on. You guys have the house to yourselves for five days." Jade pointed out. "You can't possibly tell me that all you have planned is fuck-"
"Jade!" Cat scolded her before she could even finish. "It's making love and so what if that's what we plan to do." Cat said smugly. "We love each other." She finished, turning her face to plant a big kiss on Robbie's lips.
Jade rolled her eyes. "I'm just saying, you guys need to find more different ways to take advantage of this situation instead of 'making love'." Jade said, sipping her coffee.
"A party does sound fun." Robbie thought out loud, looking down at the red head in his arms.
Cat looked up at him as everyone else began to engage in conversation.
"I don't know…" She muttered. "I was hoping we could spend some time to ourselves while your mom is gone…" She said quietly, biting her lip as she gave his hands a gentle squeeze.
Robbie smiled. "Well I have something planned for us tomorrow night being it's Friday. We could spend the day together Saturday and then Saturday night we could throw a party." He offered. "Mom won't be home till Sunday night so we will have time to get everything cleaned up."
Cat thought about it. "I guess it's not a bad idea…" She trailed off, before looking up at Jade.
"Saturday night." She said, causing Jade to smile. "And please don't invite all of LA."
"Don't worry…" Jade trailed off mischievously.
Cat turned back to Robbie. "So what are we doing tomorrow night?"
He smirked. "Not telling."
She pouted, giving her his best puppy dog eyes.
"It's a surprise baby…" He smiled, leaning down to peck her lips softly. "I can't wait. It's going to be really special."
She smiled from ear to ear, leaning up to give him another kiss.
…
"Why haven't I seen this yet?!" Jade asked as they stood by Cat and Robbie's locker after lunch.
Cat giggled, holding out her ring finger as Jade, Tori, Rex and Andre all looked at her promise ring.
"I don't know…" She blushed. "I've been wearing it all day."
"When did he give it to you?" Jade asked.
"Yesterday after you and Tori left…" She explained.
"Ah…that's why you got laid." Jade teased.
"No!" Cat argued, face turning red as she leant back into Robbie's body as his arms wound themselves around her petite waist.
Jade rolled her eyes as the bell rang and they all made their way to their classes. Cat, Robbie, Tori, and Andre stayed together as they all headed to their chemistry class.
"It's a beautiful ring." Tori said as they walked.
"Thanks Tori…" Cat smiled, wrapping an arm around Robbie's waist as he draped his over her shoulder.
"Nice work…" Andre commented, winking at Robbie as his fist pounded him. Cat just giggled, kissing Robbie on the cheek as they opened the door to the class room.
…
Halfway through the class, their teacher asked them to get in groups of two to work on an assignment. Cat and Robbie worked together, obviously.
Cat had gotten a lot better at Chemistry and she has been doing really well. Though, Robbie was the type to be very controlling when it came to doing work and getting good grades. So when they stumbled upon an answer neither of them could agree on, things weren't going so well. Cat thought it was one, and Robbie though it was the other.
"Robbie, I'm telling you its oxygen and carbon dioxide!" Cat said.
"And I'm telling you it's not." Robbie said. "I have an A+ in this class Cat I know what I'm talking about."
"What's that supposed to mean?!" Cat asked offended.
Robbie panicked. "Nothing Cat it meant nothing…" He said, wrapping on arm around her, only to be rejected. "Cat…" Robbie said softly.
"I'm not stupid Robbie…" Cat muttered. "I know this answer…"
"Cat I know you're not stupid." He said, wrapping an arm around her, tightly this time so she couldn't push him away. Though she didn't return the affections. "I just think your answer is wrong that's all."
She scoffed, pushing him away from her. "Fine. Put whatever you want. I don't care."
Robbie really, really didn't want to fight with her. And he could tell just by her face she was not happy. So he did what he knew he had to do.
He put her answer down on the paper.
…
Cat didn't talk to Robbie for the rest of the day and it was driving him crazy. He knew she wasn't really, really mad at him. Though he did know she wasn't happy with him.
The car ride was silent and Robbie kept looking over at her. He caught her glance at him once and he smiled. He reached his hand over to hers intertwining their fingers, pleasantly surprised when she squeezed his hand back.
"You know." He said. "I put your answer down on the paper." He said.
"It was the right answer…" She muttered, a smile forming on her lips as her hand stayed firmly entangled with his.
"I don't know about that…" He said teasingly.
"We'll see…" She smirked, hoping out of the car after they pulled into the driveway.
Kicking their shoes off and throwing their bags to the side, both teens made their way to the kitchen. Robbie just stood and watched her as she moved around the room, nibbling on an apple and drinking some water.
She eyed him curiously as he gave her that dreamy look of his. She smirked smugly, not letting him win her over just yet.
Going to place her cup in the sink, he sneakily made his way to her, wrapping her in his arms.
"I love you so so much…" He mumbled into her hair, a cheeky grin on his face as he nibbled on her ear playfully.
"Hehe…nice try!" She giggled, turning in his grip to face him, placing her hands on his chest in attempt to push him away from her, ultimately failing.
"You don't get to have me until I prove that I was right." She said, crossing her arms over her chest, hoping to create some space between them.
"Fine." He smirked, taking out his phone and logging onto their school portal to check the grade on the assignment.
But when the grade showed a %100, his smile wavered, only making Cat's grow.
"Um…t-the grade's not up yet." He lied.
Cat snorted. "You're lying! Come on, tell me what it is." She insisted.
He sighed. "…a 100…"
Cat laughed as Robbie frowned at her. "Say it." She laughed. "Say I was right."
He looked away from her for a moment before looking back. "Youwereright…" He mumbled.
"Nuh uh…" She giggled, wrapping her arms around his neck tightly and pulling him toward her. "Say it so I can hear you…" She breathed.
"You were right." He said loudly, smiling at her.
"Good." She said, before separating herself from him and marching off.
"Where do you think you're going?" He asked as he chased after her, grabbing her around the waist as she stood in the living room. She giggled turning around to hug him close to her.
He rested his forehead against hers, staring down into her eyes. She stared back into his, a small smile tugging on her lips as heat filled her cheeks, butterflies dancing in the pit of her stomach.
She loved that, even though they had been together for almost five months, she still felt this way every time he looked at her.
He smiled, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear, cupping her now pink cheek softly.
"I love you…" He whispered, their noses now touching. "I love you…" He said again.
"I love you…" She said back, moving her head all the way towards his until their lips were touching.
Their kisses were soft, filled with love and passion. His hands made their way down her body, fully wrapping around her as he pulled her close. He felt her smile faintly, finger tips tracing his jawline. Biting her lips softly, he opened his mouth as they both deepened the kiss. She got on her tippy toes, arms making their way around his neck tightly, trying to get closer to him. He slipped his hands up the back of her shirt, fingertips tracing her spine.
She broke away from him to breathe, only for him to go to her neck. He planted long, soft kisses on her neck, trailing down her collar bone. He heard her breath quicken and her heart beat speed up as her nails dug into his back.
He lifted his head to look at her, their breaths colliding. She crashed her lips against his roughly. Pinning her against the wall behind her, he gripped her waist, picking her up as her legs wound around his body.
She separated from him to look him in the eyes. "I love you…" She smiled.
"I love you so much more." He replied before kissing her again and carrying up to one of their bedrooms.
…
It was now Friday night and Cat was dying to know what Robbie could possibly have planned for them. He loved how anxious she was. She was just so darn cute.
He had planned it out all perfectly, and to be honest, he was probably more excited than she was about it. He knew the pain she must have felt with the whole Tori thing and he planned to make up for it as much as he could.
"Robbieeee…" Cat whined as she said in the passenger's seat. It was almost 9 at night and she had no idea where he could possibly be taking her.
Then he pulled over.
"Put this on." He said, handing her a bandana.
"You want me to blind fold myself?" She laughed taking it from him.
"Just shush and do it." He laughed, helping her tie it on.
Once secure over her eyes, Robbie continued to drive to their destination.
Once there, he parked the park and went over to her side to help her out. As soon as she heard the waves and smelt the sea salt, she let out a happy squeal. He laughed as they removed their shoes before he placed his hands on her waist as they walked through the cold sand.
"Almost there…" He breathed in her ear, sending chills down her spine.
Then, only moments later, the blindfold was off her eyes and what she saw made her jaw drop.
In front of her was a huge tent. On the inside was blankets and pillows all neatly organized, surrounded by candles and white rose pedals. To the left of a box of pizza with paper plates and a bottle of champagne.
"Robbie…" Cat whispered, in awe, eyes shimmering as she turned to kiss her boyfriend.
He smiled down at her, taking her hand and leading her into the tent. Cat gushed about how cute and romantic he was the entire time they ate their pizza. Once the box was empty he put it to the side and popped open the champagne.
"I've never really drank before but I thought it was romantic so…" He explained with a grin.
She just smiled adoringly at him, taking the bottle and putting it to her lips. Gulping down the bubbly liquid she handed it to him for him to do the same.
"Robbie this was the sweetest thing ever…" She smiled. "Thank you…"
He smiled, handing her the bottle for her to take another sip. "Cat, I would do anything to make you happy…" He said honestly.
"Just being with you makes me happy…" She smiled, handing him back the bottle.
After an hour of drinking and just talking, they lied down together as Robbie opened up the sun roof so they could look up at the stars. He pulled the blanket over them before pulling her close to him.
"I love you so much…" Cat mumbled into his chest.
"I love you so much more…" He replied, intertwining their fingers under the blanket.
"I don't think that's possible…" She retorted, leaning up to kiss him softly.
"I just want to spend every day with you for the rest of my life…" He told her. "I can't wait for you to be officially mine forever."
"Robbie…" She whispered. "With your last name or mine…I will always be yours forever…" She finished with a yawn.
"Tired baby?" He asked after a moment. She nodded.
He sat up, leaning over her to blow out the candles before blowing out the ones behind him as well. He lied back down, turning his body to face hers as he wrapped her in his arms.
"Goodnight princess…"
A/N: MUST READ
I'm back! I hope you guys liked this…well if anyone is ever reading it. I feel like I'm the only one here and it makes me sad. I don't get any reviews and it worries me. Are you guys reading and just not reviewing? Because I don't really care about how many I get I just really want to know that you guys are still here. I like hearing your feedback.
I feel so alone…
Well anyways, I've decided I'm going to end this half of the story at chapter 50. I have a lot more planned but I don't want this to go on forever.
So chapter 50 will be the end, but there will be another story continuing from where this one ends off at. So chapter 50 isn't the end end. It's just the end of this story, and then I'm going to write a part two.
Literally it will be called Believe: Part 2 haha
Please review if you are reading! I really need to know that I don't have to give up just yet. Because I have thought about retiring…after this story. I've just gotten really busy and I only write on here to keep Cabbie alive. But I feel like there is no point if I'm the only one you know?
Well for those you will read this, thank you and I hope you enjoyed it.
