Kuet soon found himself wrapped in a blanket and holding a cup of something warm in his hands. Blaine was sitting opposite him with his elbows resting on his knees, his dark, molten gold eyes fixed on Kurt steadily.

"You're in shock," said Blaine. That hard, cold edge was gone from his voice and he sounded smooth as honey now. Kurt let the soothing tone wash over him as he tried to deal with everything that had happened. If circumstances were different, he'd be feeling very embarassed to have Blaine looking after him like this after his failed advances a few days ago, but right now all he could focus on was that horrible terror that overcame him when Sebastiam pressed him against the wall completely overpowering him. After spending so many nights with Blaine, who was always so gentle and careful with him, the reminder of the sheer power and deadliness that vampires wielded was alarming to say the least.

Blaine got on his phone to call someone. Santana, Kurt guessed, and the thought cleared his mind a little. He suddenly found himself blushing. Blaine didn't want him here. He had obviously accidentally interfered with some mysterious vampire dealings. Blaine's eyes flickered over Kurt's pink cheeks and throat. Kurt wondered just how hungry he was. Or maybe he had already found a replacement. The thought made Kurt want to throw up. It was that or the shock of what he had been through.

"Santana's on her way to pick you up." said Blaine.

Kuet nodded, lowering his eyes. "I shouldn't have come. I'm sorry."

"Kurt, no. You are always welcome here. I didn't think I'd see you again, so as terrible as I feel about everything that's happened, I'm very glad to see you."

Kurt looked at Blaine in surprise. "You are? I thought...after what I did..." Kurt frowned in confusion and pressed his hand hard to his eyes. His head was swimming again. "I don't understand. Who was that?" He shuddered remembering that cool breath chilling the skin of his neck as he was pinned to the wall unable to move. Blaine had never touched him like that, and Kurt realized that all his interactions with Blaine, strong and seductive but genlte and careful, had made him forget not all vampires were so kind.

"Sebastian is an unfortunate acquaintance of mine," said Blaine with a low growl in his voice that sent a tremor through Kurt's body. "I had an appointment with him today to settle a debt but I arrived home later than I expected. I'm so sorry you were left alone with him."

"I just came here uninvited," said Kurt as he stared down at his hands. "But I was worried because I left last time and you didn't get to feed. I didn't hold up my end of our agreement. I-I made a complete idiot of myaelf, Blaine, and I'm so sorry. I was stupid to confuse you wanting my blood for you wanting me."

Kurt's voice had started to crack as he fought not to cry. Blaine held up his hands to atop his word vomit.

"Kurt, stop." Blaine sat down beside him and Kurt shivered at his closeness. Blaine pulled the blanket tighter around him but Kurt wasn't cold. He was flushing hot and Blaine's eyes darkened and glanced over his skin hungrily.

"Do...do you want a drink now?" He asked. He was hoping that Blaine hadn't found someone to replace him, but he also didn't know if he could emotionally handle Blaine feeding from him now. It was such an intensely intimate experience, and now that he knew he had fallen for Blaine and Blaine didn't return those feelings, sharing that experience with him again could be too much. And to be honest, he wss still so shaken by what had happened with Sebastian that he might faint in terror if he felt fangs against his skin. But he knew he wouldn't be able to say no if Blaine wanted to feed from him now.

Blaine's dark eyes lingered on the vulnerable column of Kurt's throat. "You have no idea how much." He brought his eyes up to meet Kurt's. "But now is not the time. You're still shaken from the encounter with Sebastian, and it appears we have much to discuss."

He swiftly stood up and made snother call, speaking quietly. Kurt's stomach rolled nervously as he waited, but Blaine soon returned to his side.

"I think I may have given you the wrong impression with my reaction the other night," said Blaine.

"What do you mean?"

Blaine blew out an unnecessary breath. "I didn't pull away because I don't want you. Kurt, there are no words to describe the extent of my desire for you."

Kurt's breath caught in his throat. He couldn't have heard that right. He hadn't allowed himself to hope Blaine could feel as much for him as he did for Blaine. He swallowed slowly, warming at the way Blaine's eyes followed the movement of his throat.

"Then why did you not...when I tried, the other night. You didn't want me." He said it quietly but firmly. It made his chest ache, but the things Blaine was saying were making his heart beat faster with something that felt a lot like hope.

Blaine shook his head. "No, I never said that."

"I tried to kiss you and you jumped off of me! You couldn't wait to get away from me!" said Kurt with frustration. Blaine placed a soothing hand on his arm but he refused to relax. "Stop that!" he snapped, but he immediately regretted it when Blaine moved his hand away.

"I got off of you because I knew I wouldn't be able to stop myself from kissing you if I stayed. The way you looked, leaning up to kiss me..." Kurt stared at Blaine in amazement as Blaine closed his eyes and his tongue darted out to wet his lips. Almost like he was imagining tasting Kurt. Kurt swallowed nervously.

Blaine closed his eyes and slowly shook his head. "I've been careless. My feelings for you have compromised my judgement. I enjoyed touching you too much, holding you..."

"Your feelings for me?" whispered Kurt.

Blaine looked at him with dark, intense eyes. "Kurt you must know. I never intended for you to think that sleeping with me was an expectation of our arrangement. I feel terrible that my selfishness gave you that impression. "

Kurt stared at Blaine. "The only impression you gave me was that you weren't interested in me like that. I tried to kiss you because I lo- I wanted to. When you jumped away from me...I felt terrible. Mortified and and...like my heart was breaking." Kurt looked down as his cheeks heated up. He couldn't believe he had just said that.

"I'm so sorry. I never wanted you to feel that way. And I never meant for you to think I didn't want you." Blaine's hands moved towards him but then settled back, like he was itching to reach out and touch. Kurt took a deep breath and then he took a chance, one he never thought he'd be taking after the events from a few nights ago. He reached out and placed his hand of Blaine's forearm.

"Then show me what you do mean."

Blaine looked at him for a moment and Kurt almost moved away out of shyness.

But then Blaine leaned forward, one hand cupping Kurt's cheek, his other arm sliding around his waist as he pressed his lips to Kurt's softly.
