It was a surprisingly cold night, Jade noticed as she walked down the dimly lit street towards the creek. Her leather jacket didn't do much to keep the cold out. She ignored it and marched on. She saw 5 dark figures ahead. She saw Dean turn around, he smirked at her and gave a small wave. She felt a bit of relief to actually see him, she was afraid that he wouldn't show since her answer was less that ideal.
"Jade! You made it!" He cheered happily.
"Yeah, don't get too happy." She bit back at him sarcastically. He giggled a bit and wrapped his arm around her.
"This is the gang." He told her. "That's K.J." He informed her pointing to a tall, lanky white guy. His eyes were surrounded with red eyeliner and he had a vacant expression about him. He had red spiked Mohawk. He wore mostly flannel with leather chokers and a lot of metal jewelry. He and Jade made awkward eye contact. "Ash." He said and pointed to a very short girl, she was maybe 4"11. She had big puffed up dark brown hair that added an extra 4 inches to her height. She was wearing black shorts with fishnet, a guns and roses tee with a red flannel over it. She didn't look too warm to Jade. "Spike." Spike was average height with a big belly on him. He was pretty tanned compared to the rest of the group. He had blonde hair that swept over his face in an pubescent Justin Bieber way. He wore a lot of red Jade noticed. His lips were painted black and he had the batman logo tattooed to the front of his right hand. She had two stretchers in each of his ears. Jade couldn't see were the nickname Spike came from. "And last and probably least Ray."
"Shut up, Dean." Ray bit back. She had green hair that was tied up in too pigtails. She was wearing an oversized purple hoodie, an adventure time tee and black jeans. "I'm Ray." She said to Jade personally.
"Hey, I'm Jade." Jade said awkwardly.
"You're going to fit in just right." Spike said and wiggled his eyebrows at her. Jade scrunched her face up at him and scoffed. She heard Dean laugh a but from beside her. She ignored him. Maybe she should of stayed at home, she doesn't even seem like she'll fit in with these people.
"So you go to Hollywood arts like Dean?" Ray asked and wrapped her arm around Jades shoulder. Jade stiffened a little. She didn't feel very comfortable around these people. They were all Seniors she thinks. She couldn't think of any reason that Dean would bring a long a freshman.
"Yeah, my eh Dad works there." Jade told her. She decided to call Sikowitz her dad instead of explaining her family to this stranger.
"So you got in as a fix then?" Spike asked.
"Probably, I still had to audition." Jade told them. She felt Dean's grip around her leave but Ray's remained firm.
"You smoke Jade?" Ray asked taking a packet out of her pocket. Jade shook her no. "Your loss." Ray slid a cigarette out of the packet before returning it to her pocket. She held the cigarette over to K.J. "Light."
K.J. did as instructed. Ray held it in her figures for a while before taking a long drag of it.
Jade freed herself from Ray's hold and walked closer to Dean. He didn't make her feel safe but she felt safer around him than she did around Ray, Spike and K.J.
"I didn't think you'd come tonight." Dean told Jade. Jade leant up against a tree next to Dean.
"Neither did I." Jade confided as she started to pick at her nail varnish.
She felt his arm snake around her waist and he pulled her closer to him. He seemed a lot taller right now. "You need to loosen up, I know this is your scene." He told her. She could feel his thumb making little circles on her hip over her top.
"We'll see." Jade said.
Tori heard a light knock on her door. She opened it expecting to see her Dad to tell Trina to leave her room since it was 11 on a school night. She hopped off her bed and watched Trina follow her, Trina probably thought the same thing. Tori opened the door slowly to see Cat standing there with her head bowed.
"Cat? What are you doing up this late?" Tori asked confused. Cat burst through the room and sat on Tori's bed. There was a steady stream of tears pouring out of her chestnut eyes.
"Why are you crying? Are you hurt?" Trina asked confused. Tori shut the door back over and the pair walked back to the bed towards their weeping sister.
"It's just that Jade left our room and 9:30 and she said that she was going to the creek, and all those weirdo's hang out there and now its nearly 11:30 and she isn't back yet." Cat sobbed as she used her sleeve to wipe her tears and her nose.
Tori was taken aback by Cat's worry for Jade. She was so used to the pair bickering and shooting each other dirty looks.
"I'll call Beck, he lives near the creek." Trina announced as she typed in Beck's phone number.
"Wanna see something cool?" Dean asked Jade. Jade looked over to him and nodded. He held out his hand for her to hold onto. Unthinking Jade grasped onto it. The other guys were all passing around one bottle of Smirnoff ice in a circle, Jade had taken three swigs of it. It wasn't much but it was enough that she was a little tipsy. "It's a bit dark watch your step." Dean warned.
"Thanks." Jade mumbled as she followed Dean. He lead her away from the main path and towards some of the thicker trees that lined the creek. She could barely see the others from where she was. "What did you want to show me?" Jade asked him.
"This." Dean said as he grabbed her face and kissed her forcefully. It took Jade a few seconds to realize what had happened. Dean's up kept facial hair scraped off her cheeks. He was forcing his tongue down her mouth. He wasn't a good kisser Jade noted, he moved his tongue around like a washing machine. Jade wasn't too sure why she wasn't stopping him, she wasn't kissing him back. Her eyes shot open when she felt him move her back against one of the trees. She broke away from him.
"What are you doing?" She asked quietly. He placed his hands on her hips and held her down against the tree. He stood up straight between her two legs. He felt like nearly a giant to Jade right now. His fingers began rubbing circles into her hips.
"Shh, you talk to much." He told her and kissed her again. Jade pushed at his chest trying to stop him. In a quick motion he grabbed her hands and pinned them above her head. Jade moved her head to the side.
"Stop it! What the fuck are you doing!" She snapped angrily.
"C'mon, you've been teasing me all night. Just let my have a little fun." Dean insisted but it didn't stop Jade from flailing her legs trying to get him off her. Dean kissed her neck passionately and Jade kept trying to shove him off her but it was worthless. He let one hand drop and then used one hand to pin both her arms back. Jade was surprised at the strength that came from him since he didn't have a very well built frame. She felt his hand play around the hem of her shirt before shooting up it. He slid it under the cup of her bra, which was uncomfortable for her. She closed her eyes waiting for the ordeal to be over. A small lone tear made it's way down her face and slid off the tip of her nose
She felt his hand move out of her shirt and let go of her other hand. Instead of fighting back Jade just slid down the tree in despair. "The fuck are you doing here?" She heard him ask angrily. She opened her eyes to find Tori and Trina's friends Beck swing at Dean. He didn't seem to expect it but came back with a punch just as strong to Beck's jaw. He paused for a moment but was quick to punch back, he punched Dean forcefully in his stomach sending him flying onto his back. Beck was quick to use this to him advantage. He knelt down over dean and used both his hand to strangle Dean.
"You leave her alone, you sick pervert, she's only fourteen and you're nineteen. I could have you arrested for this as well as all your little stoner buddies over there. If I see you even look her way at school tomorrow you'll have worse coming." He hissed. Before Dean could react to what Beck said, Beck punched him forcefully across his face probably breaking his nose judging buy the stream of blood falling from both nostrils. Beck stood up off him and headed over to Jade. He held out his hand to help her up.
"I can get up myself." Jade spat and she used the tree to help her up.
"Didn't seem that way to me." Beck told her as he watched her get up. She was swaying a little Beck noticed and shaking uncontrollably. Instinctively he shed his coat and wrapped it around her shoulders.
"Thanks." Jade whispered before sniffing a little. She fixed her bra that was sitting uncomfortably on her boob since Dean had shifted it. "How'd you know I was here." Jade asked him quizzically.
"Your sister called me, the little red haired one is in hysterics apparently." Beck told her with a shrug. He watched Jade sway from side to side as she tried to follow him back through the small forestry. "Maybe I should hold onto you." She said as wrapped an arm around her to stop her from moving. Jade would usually complain but Beck was very warm and she was still shaking even with the jacket.
"Cat?" Jade asked confused.
"You had her worried, I can't blame her though. Did your sisters not warn you about him?" Beck asked referring to Dean. Jade shrugged. "Well he isn't a cool guy."
"There aren't many people who actually talk to me in school." Jade told him.
"Well there isn't much positives about following the creepy senior who doesn't hang out with any other seniors at school"
"You really don't like Dean, huh?" Jade asked.
"Can't say I do. You are okay right, he hasn't done anything worse that what I saw." Beck asked. Jade cringed and her face went bright red. She shook her head.
Beck blushed a bit at Jade's reaction to the question.
Cat had fallen asleep on Tori's bed in a small little ball. Tori and thrown a blanket over her in case she got cold in the half hour wait for Beck to drop Jade home. Tori watched as his car pulled up. He waited for Jade to go in before he left. Tori quietly crept down the stairs careful not to wake her father. She unset the alarm and let her in. She was still wearing Beck's jacket and her eyes seemed raw red like she'd been crying in Beck's car. Tori waved at Beck and watched him drive away.
Jade looked at Tori half expecting her to yell at her for being careless and irresponsible. But it never came. Tori just shut the door over and locked it. She set the alarm and looked over at Jade who was still standing there looking at Tori.
"He didn't- he didn't hurt you did he?" Tori asked concerned. Jade shock her head no. Tori let out a breath she didn't know she was holding. "Try get some sleep then." Tori ordered her. Jade nodded and quietly went up the stairs.
